I went to Dunkin this morning 04/10/24 and I order a large iced coffee with 4 cream 3 sugar and 3 caramel swirl, when I received my coffee I checked the tag and it said 4 cream 4 liquid sugar and 3 caramel swirl. It was way to dark to be 4 cream and I don’t like the taste of the liquid sugar so I got the lady’s attention and told her that this isn’t what I ordered, and I told her I asked for 3 regular sugar and she told me “We don’t do the granulated sugar here because it gets to clumpy in the coffee and it’s to hard for us to stir.”

Four minutes after I placed my mobile order of a simple medium coffee, I went inside to pick it up. It was not ready. I stood there a couple of minutes and the manager asked if I'm waiting on a mobile order. I said yes and gave her my name. Ten minutes after I had placed the order, it still wasn't ready. I finally interrupted a worker and asked if I could cancel my order and get the charge refunded. She put coffee in the cup that was sitting there and handed it to me.

Seriously? No line and you guys still screwed up a Chai latte. This was my go to- I guess not anymore. There was a woman that worked here who was awesome! Bring her back cuz she knew how to run it. Not these new people.Updated- Again! This is supposed to be a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. This coffee is wrong. And they burnt my bagel. The food here is decent but we had to alter our order because they were out of pumpkin donuts and they didn’t know where their cook was. They also managed to lose our ticket so we had to wait 45 minutes for two drinks and four donuts. I love Dunkin in general but avoid this one at all costs! No one even tries to help you when you are at the counter trying to flag them down.

Went to this one after the one on Nappanee St in Elkhart messed up my drink and let me just say the employee named Jessica did an amazing job with my medium cookie butter cold brew it was exactly how I wanted it to be. <3
The lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful. Everything was fresh and clean.

Dunkin on pike street has done a huge turn around! Their donuts are so fresh and made how they were a few years ago. Fresh, tons of frosting, and sprinkles. And their coffee has been great too! Good job Dunkin!!!!

Apparently they don't fill what they call "Long John's" which means they don't have long johns. They have BORING donuts that are unfilled and now quite disgusting.
