While the restaurant is long overdue for a very thorough cleaning, it remains a popular place together with a larger group. The chips, salsa, ranch, dressing and drinks are some of the best around!Food items are fairly consistent for Americanized Mexican foods and all tasty with large portions.

I have never had worse service in a restaurant in my life. We waited almost thirty to forty five minutes for our food and the waitress had absolutely no business even trying to serve customers. And then when I complained about my baby sized burrito, the manager started the conversation by asking "Ma'am how long have you been dining with us?" She was younger than me and I grew up in the Elkhart/Goshen area... Hell I've been dining at hacienda longer than she's been alive.... Just plain uncalled for, how or why would you even ask a customer that?? Trust me when I say I will NEVER dine at the Goshen location again and maybe NEVER go to another Hacienda again... Please see the attached picture to show the size of the burrito they claim has always been that size.

Had a really nice waitress, our food came out quickly still hot and delicious!
Came in tonight , got sat & waited 35 minutes for anyone to assist us with even drinks! Krazy was our original server , told us she’d be back with chips - never came back. After starring around & waiting for service another server finally assisted us!

I've been dining here for years...food, service, n atmosphere r always excellent.Kid-friendliness: I'm raisin my 7 yr old granddaughter n of course at her age she don't like Mexican food. But Hacienda has a chicken strip kids meal that she loves.
