Ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers and returned over 30 minutes later because the sandwiches didn't have bacon or cheese on them. Instead of getting 2 freshly made, they simply put the missing items on the sandwiches I brought back to them. I called the health department and customer service about this. The regional manager promptly returned my call and handled this unacceptable matter. I do appreciate the quick response and compensation for my experience but will NEVER visit this store again.

Ordered a egg biscuit with cheese charged 4 bucks wasn't rang up right gurl rang up sausage egg biscuit add cheese no sausageand my hashbrown couldn't eat it cuz it was undercooked and drenched in oil it was just mush would have made me sick if I didn't have to be somewhere I would have went bk but I just won't go here anymore I'll stick with Wendy's

Wait at the speaker for 10 minutes not a hello I’ll be right with you or nothing. By this time there are 7 cars waiting just to get our orders taken and only 1 car at the first window. Go inside and guess what. Can’t order inside. Meanwhile the woman who I think is the manager is leaning against the counter. The only person actually doing anything is making sandwiches. Then the woman gets rude with me because I came inside. I left. Burger King is right next door. Cup of coffee and a sandwich and gone. No waiting. Someone really needs to sort this place out.

This is the worst McDonalds anywhere. As you walk in, it feels colder inside than it did outside. Every table had old food or trash on it. We ordered from the kiosk, and the receipt came out with nothing printed on it. We waited about 15 minutes for the food, and when it came out, the “worker” called out a number and put the food on the counter. We told her that the order number didn’t print on the receipt so we weren’t sure if it was our food, because there were 4 other people waiting. She yelled out what was in the bag and just turned around and walked to the drive thru area. Everything was lukewarm warm, even though it looked like they just put it up in the window a few seconds before she bagged it. We hurried up and ate because it was very cold inside. When we left, the Culver’s next door was packed. We should have gone there instead. We’ll never come back to this “restaurant” again.

This store is horrible!!!!! Store is dirty!!!! food was cold hash browns were soggy and sticking to the wrapper. I ordered the steak egg and cheese bagel. It was cold and the bagel was stale. The kiosk was not working properly and gave me a blank piece of paper for my receipt. When I asked for a receipt they refused to give me one. I gave one star because I couldn’t review without at least one star. This store deserves to be closed!!!!! Did I mention that the staff was not very nice either. Just an overall poor quality store. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I took my grandson in for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. and it looked like it was going out of business. The dining area was dirty and almost vacant. We ordered hotcakes and a breakfast burrito at the kiosk. We waited more than 20 minutes for our food. And then we only received it by going up to the counter and asking for it. It still took a while after that. No napkins unless you asked for them. Two other groups of customers ordered from the kiosk after us and received their orders first.

I have been to this location 2 times this week and got no service either time. 1 times several cars sat in the drive thru lane and no one got on the speaker for 10 min (yes we sat there for a bit) so I drove off. The 2nd time the speaker asked If I want to use mobile order. I said no then about a min later I had a person ask for my order. I gave my order and approx 3 min later they asked if I wanted to use my mobile order. This happened e times so I drove off again. Please get rid of the automated person and get back to humans.

This restaraunt has gone downhill. I ordered my food at the self order machine and didn't get a receipt. I went to the front counter and all the employees were standing around talking to eachother, so I said "excuse me". Still no one came I was waiting there for a good 10 minutes before someone came and weren't polite or smiled. I asked for my receipt and still didn't get one. The place is dirty. I looked around a spot to eat all the tables were dirty. They put my food in TO GO bags and I ordered my food for HERE. The employees are very rude. My food wasn't warm at all and stale. Never coming back to this one. I guess it's okay to curse behind the counter now amd not wear uniforms???

Horrible customer service. Very slow on all orders, they went a week with out soda for customers we have waited many times over 15min for door dash orders the staff has no respect for people delivering their food we lose money with every order from this place as well as negative delivery feed back for being slow. The staff is lazy and unprofessional. I cringe when I get a order for here. Avoid this restaurant for deliveries and person use big changes need to be made in management and staff

It's so sad that mcdonalds has got to the place that customer service isn't a priority any more. I wanted to order at register because when I order from the station, I get charged extra to order round egg instead of regular egg. Anyway, she was so pissed off that she had to put in my order. Huff and puff, slinging and slamming, eyerolling, and very vocal to fellow workers, and I could clearly hear.
