After looking on Google for places that were open for a late dinner, we chose Panera. Open until 9pm according to Google. We arrived at 7pm. We ordered over $80 worth of food to dine in. There were many ppl in a closed off area in the dining room for training. When our pager rattled we went to get our food there was no one behind the counter. It was sitting there with missing items. We asked an employee in the diningroom for help and were told,"sorry we are closed". We responded that we are missing items. A manager came over and was more than rude . She acted like we were more than a bother to her. She rudely said that a sign on the door posted they were closing at 730 for training, as does their website. System wide all stores are closed. "But we wont kick you out" she said. We used google maps, and saw no sign on the door even upon leaving after eating. The food we paid $80+ for was NOT up to Panera standards. The soups were cold, the sandwiches were slapped together and missing ingredients. We should have been told at the register upon ordering, for dine in, at 7pm, that the place was closing at 7:30. I have never had a manager at a Panera show the attitude and unprofessionalism this woman did. I would not recommend this place to any one.

Everything was Delicious! However if you look at the soup and bowl... it's the same amount from the 'Cup' to the "Bowl" serving with a $2.69 cent up charge. I looks like they literally dumped the cup amount into the Bowl and had we not got the different sizes who would ever know??? May we all have been getting served a cup in a bowl on occasion who knows. However we said and showed them and the lady was kind enough to add more to my babes bowl.

Stood at counter for 5 minutes b-4 someone asked what we wanted. Asked if she could warm up my roll and she said there's a microwave out there for you to do that, after searching for it asked again and was told it's in the lower cabinet. Seemed like we were a bother. Hot chocolate didn't have much chocolate in it. Used to come here every Saturday! You can revoke my card I'm done patronizing this place. I can get better quality food and drink from a gas station and a lot cheaper!

Drive Thru wait times are unacceptable. Portions have gotten smaller and the customer service has dropped a heck of a lot. We are not in pandemic times any more people. As a loyal Panera person I find myself questioning giving you business every time now.
The employees would not stop going on about how Nasa is blinding me from the truth of Flat Bread Doctrine. The soup was good but I didn't appreciate getting called a globetard. I appreciate that so many home schooled folks were able to make my soup though. ?

I love Panera Bread. I love their new sandwiches and the wonderful baguette bread they make them on. Unfortunately, I DON'T love it when they don't make a simple sandwich correctly. I ordered a ham and Gouda cheese sandwich with extra Gouda to go, and when I got home, discovered that there was no greens on my sandwich at all. They were super busy on a Sunday, so guess somebody missed that, but I just hate it when a basic sandwich comes up with missing something that really adds to the sandwich. I tried to call to just let them know they screwed up, and the number went straight to Indy. HELLO! I'm in Elkhart. I will try their sandwiches again, but hope they don't screw it up again!
