This place was absolutely fantastic. We were starving, and stopped in as we hadn't been in years. They've made some updates, which were delicious! We'll definitely be going back. Highly recommend, better than most faster food options!

Ordered chicken meals to go. The underside of chicken was still white batter. Potatoes were nasty as well.

We came in for lunch at 12 noon , , they were backed up in the dining room for presses and the drive through as we pretty much all showed up at once , they had a total of 3 people working one of em was their 1st day , we got ordered and our food way faster than we do at other restaurants fully staffed, hats off to these people , great job today

Good food. Staff is very nice. They are under staffed so it takes a while to get your food. We weren't in a hurry so it didn't matter to us. Will definitely return.

I heard the manager screaming and cursing at employees for not getting food out fast enough. The manager I’m assuming was very pushy and was so kind to customers but so rude to employees. I feel horrible for everyone working there. The food was fine but they were out of just about everything

I was never coming back here but then I was informed that a new manager took over. I've always had bad experiences at any Penguin Point I ate at, ranging from old food, bad service, or lack of cleanliness. So when i was told about how different ot was I had to try it. From just pulling into the drive I noticed a big improvement. Walking into the store had a clean look and smell and being greated the way she did sold me. I assume it was the new manager who came out and asked how our lunch was ( which was amazing) which was nice you dont see that hospitality in fast food. She even returned and picked up our trays for us. Then as we left she made sure to tell us to have a great day. Deffinatly impressed, you may want to hold on to this one! I will deffinatly be returning! Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Called in the order at 11:30am to be picked up at 5:30pm. Talked to Cindy she took all our information walked in at 5:20pm. To find out Josh and Tyler has no clue there was an order. So after lots of apologies. We walked out with some of the best chicken we have ever had!!!! Thanks to Josh and Tyler for saving the day!!!!

I usually don't go to penguin Point because usually I'm disappointed HOWEVER I was pleasantly pleased this time the meat was fully cooked the fries was still hot little slow but not to bad

5-14-22 , 6:30 pm . Ordered a chicken dinner and 1 cheese burger . Ordered cheese burger loaded with everything , and excessive heavy onion . Got home , and cheese burger had only meat and bun ! Come on , what's happening ? How can the simplest tasks be so impossible to handle ? The future is in so much trouble folks !!!!!!

They were slow getting it done but they were also in the middle of their closing procedure and they still waited on me they have the best CHILI CHEESE FRIES around. Can't say as I have had them in many places except there but they are great and the onion rings are a plus if you like onions the make them with fresh onion. Go try some.

Could not use the drive thru because I'm in a school bus. So I go in and the floors are filthy. Ordered #1 tenderloin to go. Went out got in my bus drove back to goshen high school. Opened my bag and had some kind of cheese burger. Drive back to the place and get the right sandwich. Very disappointed. I normally like the tenderloin. The cheese was half on the sandwich, and hardly any sauce on it. Sorry to see the quality so bad at one of my favorite restaurants.
