FYI: They put 6 meatballs on the foot long instead of the 8 that we paid for, refused to walk to the back to complete order correctly, they charged us full price, they did not say anything about it, and when we asked for a discount they refused. She said she would warm 2 meatballs up and put them in a cup once she completed 13 other customers orders that were standing in line after us. They had no shredded cheese. Instead of charging for the 3 dollar pretzel they gave themselves a 3 dollar tip off of our card. The fountain drink was out of syrup, there was no med drink lids. Lastly, the entire white inside the sub paper, my sub was sitting in was covered in nasty brown substance. The lettuce looked very old. Would not recommend! I have added the picture of sub wrapper and sub to the photos for reference.

Waiting to use the restroom I saw a young employee come out. I did my business and went to wash my hands and noticed that the sink was dry. There are no towels and only air dryer. The boy didn't wash his hands and he was in there for every bit of 5 minutes. When I came out he was making sandwiches for customers. I'm sure they have a sink in the kitchen but to give the impression he did was uncalled for and I was disgusted. I voiced my thoughts and left.

I had a unique experience here today. When I walked in I noticed they were extremely slow completing orders despite 3 people behind the counter. When it got to be my turn, I ordered a footlong Italian herb and cheese spicy Italian with the pepperoni on top of the salami and toasted. He asked me 3 times if I want it toasted. The first time I said yes please and the second time I said you already asked me that and he proceeded to tell me that he has short-term memory loss and then asked me a third time whichp I said yes for the third time now and each time I got more irritated. He also wasn't putting the correct amount of meat and put 8 pieces of pepperoni and salami on the sandwich and I corrected him and said it was 10 each. He told me that he's Mexican and that's how he counts. He then argued with me and said there was 10 each and then offered to count it and he counted out 8 pieces and then apologized for the error, but then never put two more pieces of each on. One of the other kids behind the counter said I was being hard on him and rude and he was trying to defend him for making so many mistakes. Both of my daughters ordered the same thing as me and he asked me if I wanted the pepperoni on top and I said yes please and he put the salami on top the opposite of requested and then I pointed it out and he flipped it over and apologized. I'm all for giving everyone an opportunity for employment, but this is definitely not a job for somebody with short-term memory loss when you are trying to get orders correct and get people in and out quickly and keep the line moving and not make the customers mad. The lady behind me in line defended him as well and said that she was a manager in customer service and understood the stress that he was under at that position. I felt I was pretty patient, but when I pay for a sandwich, especially after recent price increases and then they can't even put the correct amount of meat in after it's been pointed out is rather irritating and made me feel like they didn't care about the customer. Anybody in customer service and the food industry knows the customer is always right and you prepare the way that the customer requests. I wasn't in a rush, but I can only imagine how I would have felt if I was in a rush trying to grab a sub on a lunch break or something. I am a paying customer and I completely felt like they didn't care at all. The other co-worker that claimed I was being rude went in the back area after shift change and was telling all of the other workers about the situation and snickering about the situation. The kid that made all of the errors apologize numerous times and even gave me some free cookies. I worked at Subway like twenty years ago in my younger days and I have worked many jobs as a cook in restaurants and I was a manager of a restaurant and now I own my own business, so I understand customer service pretty well. Without customers there is no business.

I stood in line for 10 minutes. Two customers were in front of me. Then when it was finally my turn and I started to begin my order, the young lady behind the counter, who I could tell was also training the one other employee there, said just a moment. Two on line orders had printed out and she said she had to make those first because they were already paid for. I said, well, I'll just sit down and place my order on line and she tells me that it would take an hour. I know when I'm in a no win situation so I got up to leave and that's when she said that she was the only one here and she was training a new person. Since when does the customer standing in front of you take second place to an online order that JUST printed up. I will NOT be going back to that Subway at 4024 Elkhart Market Square, Goshen, Indiana, for any reason.

Went there for a normal 6in sandwich and right away I got dirty looks from a group of girls who work at this subway and they started laughing because nobody was behind the counter to serve customers. They were rude and I felt uncomfortable. Would not come here again.

Today I went to subway and this girl named Abby did not do a good job. She used the same gloves she was using to touch other thing before my order. She also dropped my sandwich just made it all sloppy. I also think she was gonna use the same gloves for different orders since she never toke them off even after using the register.

Right when I walked in it smelled like straight cigarettes. The girl who was making my sandwich was making it very sloppy
