BEST STUFFED PIZZA... ANYWHERE! We are stuffed pizza fans and have eaten it at many different locations locally, in Chicago, and in New York. Hands down the best that we've had... anywhere! We've had 3 in the last month. Barnaby's has always been a great place for pizza; the stuffed pizza takes them to a new level.
I'm highly disappointed with my service today. I came in at 5:20 to pick up my pizza and cheesy bread. When I arrived home we realized they gave us the wrong pizza. We called them and went back in. They remade our pizza, but gave our remade pizza to the wrong people so my husband had to wait for another pizza to be made. When he tried talking to someone about it no one was willing to do anything for him. At this point with everything that was done wrong on Barnaby's end I think we deserve a refund or some sort of compensation. This is beyond frustrating. it's Ben 1 1/2 hours since we were suppose to get our pizza and we still don't have anything. Very disappointed.

Dined in last night and the restaurant needs to rethink the flow. The Barnaby's system of self order by filling out an order form, get drinks, and pick-up food is not going to be fluid over time. The line in the small bar to get drinks overflows into the dining area. The bartender, depending on what you order has to leave the bar area to cross the hall, get drinks and come back. Bar area is restricted to 21 and over. How does a younger person get sodas? You go into the restaurant and the cashier is there . You decide where you want to sit, go back to the front, pay and go back to sit down. A little awkward at this location. The cashier leaves the register often to get take out pizzas. Entrance unattended. On the flip side, the pizza was good.
