It’s always a great experience when I go to Starbucks especially here in Greencastle Indiana. You can tell they take pride in your customers not only that I will now be a regular day or since moving back home I just wish they would get more cups instead of me having to hunt then everywhere else, because I am most definitely a huge cup collector!Parking: It would be amazing if they had more parking spots!Kid-friendliness: Everyone, I know is always working to do their best not only that, but always friendly!

Me and 6 of my friends drove all the way to Greencastle from Rockville to get some starbucks because the website said they were open until 10pm and we showed up at about 6pm to get some tasty drinks and their sign said CLOSED AT 4 PM! i am so mf mad that they were closed i almost walked into oncoming traffic and so we went to mcdonald's to get us all a caramel frappe and guess what THEIR FRAPPE MACHINE WASNT WORKING!

Stooped by to grab my wife her usual. Inside is pretty cool, much different from most Starbucks I've been in. Has some cool history on Greencastle! The staff was pretty friendly, it was also 6:30 one Saturday. Recommend checking the place out.

Need to extend hours. They are never open, do not accept rewards, and it’s always a long wait because of their very limited hours. I wish there was another coffee option in town.

Service is always slow so there’s always a line. Says they open at 6am today. They don’t. I went around 7:30 and still not open with people standing outside. Only coffee shop in town and they don’t open until most of the town is already working. They’re privately owned so don’t expect to redeem anything from your Starbucks app.
