Came in here about an hour ago- and as soon as I walked inside male host asked “what do you want” I said table for 2? Like obviously. Then he sat us down on top of another family, and stuffed us in a table. He asked if it was ok, and I was like it’ll be fine I guess and he walked away. He clearly knew I didn’t like this table. Our actual server only took our drink order and food order and never came back. No extra plates or anything for wings. Food was hot and good though- that was the only good thing about this.
I went here for lunch with my sister. It was great, the food was really good, especially the spicy onion rings. The prices were about what's expected, and if you like sports, it's take your pick. The service was great too

Slow service,dinner entree's delivered at differing times. A couple of us got our food after others in our group had finished eating. No specials during March madness, no excitement, no noise and no customers!! Everyone must have been at BW3's, they had buy one get one night, with all the games playing !

Cold frys, wings over cooked. Please hire adults with experience to cook, not children. Spent $25 for my supper and left hungry. Saying your sorry at check out didn't fill my stomach or put 25 back in my pocket. Rip off!!
Awesome boneless wings and the potato wedges are killer! Everytime I've been there, I've had GREAT service from the waitstaff.

The taste of the food was fine. The onion rings weren't hot , the loaded cauliflower bowl had warm and cold spots in it - not hot at all. The wings weren't hot (temp hot). My water tasted horrible and I asked to have that replaced. (The glass hadn't gotten rinsed well enough.) Then when the food came we just went ahead and ate it. I can't keep sending food back, I don't like doing that. It makes us look like we're just there to complain. Most likely we won't be back there.
