Always open when they say they are, even in the middle of -3 degree weather. Employees are always nice, food is always made well and I've never even had stale fries. I'd have almost preferred them to not be open on this frigid night, but I knew they would be since they're the only ones consistently open late in Greenfield.New menu items are tasty, and I think they have the best cheese burger out of all the fast food joints. Disappointed they don't have salads anymore. I was able to order an Arby's super even though it hasn't been on the menu for years. This is one of my favorite sandwiches.

The beef-n-cheddars were packed with roast beef and cheese- rare for an Arby's experience. Both the crinkle and the curly fries were hot and bursting with flavor. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Clean store with charging stations for your phone.
