Had a side order of biscuits and gravy. To me, the gravy was just too thick,it stuck to the spoon, and I wasn't able to spoon gravy on my biscuits.

I remember several yrs ago when I ate at a Bob Evans and thinking how big the half chicken I purchased was and how great it tasted and how reasonably priced it was and then I tried again yrs later and ill never eat there again....much like everything else,it's gone downhill and costs way more!

They need to turn their heat on/up. It's always cold at this location and they said they keep the heat off/down because if they turn it on/up their kitchen gets way too hot. Everyone working here is always nice. Food is always good. But wear a winter coat inside, it's very cold inside. Even the waitress said she's cold.

My inaugural visit to this Bob Evans establishment left me somewhat disappointed. The culinary offerings, regrettably, were overly salty and fell short of the visual appeal depicted in the promotional photographs. Despite the commendable efforts of a single waitress managing a substantial section, there were instances of order inaccuracies and lapses in fulfilling my specific requests. It appears that the demands of her busy workload may have led to inadvertent oversights. On a positive note, the restaurant maintains a high standard of cleanliness and boasts ample parking facilities.

I Just moved back from Texas and haven't had Bob Evans in 10 years. The service was amazing. Aly was a fantastic server! I will be back soon.

If you don't have enough staff to run the restaurant, then close it for the day. Two days in a row I'm in here and everyone has a bad attitude and is unhappy to work. You have one server helping tables, running food, cashing people out, and helping DoorDash drivers package their food. The cost of doing business is having to close your restaurant down if it can't function - and this restaurant is not functioning. Grow up and make some sacrifices.

this was my second visit to this place. I have ordered Rancher Potatoes with chicken, and I can't describe the dish it was so awful that I got whole burnt potatoes which were pitch black and ordered a side of onion rings which came out dark brown. I asked them what these dishes were, and they replied that it was because of an oil change. This is really disappointing and will never ever return back. And wouldn't recommend anyone going to this place."NEVER GO BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT"
