Placed a breakfast order at 10:15 on the app. Arrived at 10:25 they told us they were still working on the order. At 10:30, while we were in the restaurant, we got an email that said due to a menu change our order had been canceled. Then we brought up that our card had already been charged, we were told "it should be back on there in 3 to 5 business days, sorry".

This is the only McDonald's in Greenfield. It is very busy all the time, and sometimes you have to wait a while for your food. They have the process down pretty well, but sometimes you WILL have to wait. They have never messed up an order of ours once, though, and the food is also a very good quality. I would recommend this McDonald's unless you are in a huge hurry. They also recently installed a new ice cream machine, so get some ice cream before it breaks!

Food has been decent last few trips...except the fries are hit or miss. Meaning usually undercooked. Workers are usually friendly especially Alex... he goes above and beyond which I loved, he deserves a raise and the guy with the nice red hair!

I had to go up there 3 times because the order was messed up. When I said something to the manger Chris he said what do you want me to do it was enter in wrong and it was clearly stated on the receipt someone just couldn't read and put the order together wrong in 3 different areas. The front the back and the bagger.

Went to this location in Greenfield on my way to work last night to get an iced coffee, vanilla sugar-free large I didn’t really look at it until I got to work because I was in a hurry not to be late So once I started drinking it, it tasted awful. Also after further examination, it really did not look like a normal, sugar-free vanilla iced coffee. I was very disappointed.?

Dude. Why did I order a burger… to only receive a smashed bun with mustard and cheese on it. No patties or other toppings.And then I ordered a medium fry, to only receive the amount of fries that would come in a kids meal. And almost ALL of the fries were totally raw. I ordered around 9:30 PM after just getting off work.I’m actually so confused. I mobile ordered this and was short on money, so just needed a quick meal. I used my rewards on this.What a total waste.
