Immediately noticed my chicken was still raw the second the server set it in front of me. How it left the kitchen and passed through multiple people without anybody noticing it is beyond me. Salad had lots of brown pieces and had a weird taste/texture- almost like it was half frozen. Server was great. Manager was somewhat helpful(took off $2 at first, and then took off more after we brought it up). Overall not a great experience. Be cautious that your meat is cooked throughly if you visit.

I couldn't get more than halfway through this. The burned smell was coming through the bag as we opened it. Glad DoorDash gave me a refund. $30 for this hunk of charcoal is ridiculous. Steak shouldn't be crunchy.

Our waitress was Caitlin, and she was awesome. I was in there with my autistic son, and she treated him with such respect. The food was spot on, looked and tasted great!
I ordered the country fried chicken entree. Although minimal in portion, the mashed potatoes were on point with a really nice flavor and texture. The chicken strips, however, were overcooked to a dark brown crisp, dried out on the inside and accompanied by a little plastic cup of brown gravy on the side. Country fried chicken gravy is white. The waitress seemed to put off by my sending the order back. Now we know why there was plenty of parking and no waiting at a 1/2 empty restaurant at 630 on Friday evening.

We came here around 6:30pm on a Wednesday. Had about a 5 minute wait. When we were seated, the manager took our drink order, which was just water. It took a few minutes to get our waitress to take out order. I ordered the cedar plant salmon and my husband ordered the pork chop and ribs. I thought the salomon was okay. The thing that ruined it was the fact the wood plank underneath it was burned, and that burned the edges of the salomon, so it was a little overcooked. My husband's food was better than mine, although he didn't like the bbq sauce. Most of our problems were with the waitress, she was very slow and not attentive. She accidentally gave my husband's salad to someone else, which was supposed to come out before his dinner, but came with it. The manager was more helpful, which isn't really supposed to be the case. I did notice that a few tables down, that they had their food before us, and they were seated after us. The table closest to us, waited a very long time for their food, as they ordered steak. I usually love o Charley's, but with the wait time for food and the staff, maybe come when it's less busy. It might be better. Props though for the manager paying attention when the waitress was not.

Our waitress was rude and very forgettable. Would say she would be back then would not show up with drinks we order or refresh our rolls she said she bring. Ignored the adults at the table. We visited during the week so it was not super busy at all. She was just a bad waitress. If you get Beth I would request a different server.

Service was great , food not so much. My kids both haf chicken tender entries and couldnt chew it due to it being so dry. My wife liked the fush and chips which is usually good. I tried one of their new smash burgers. I ordered the triple smash bacon burger. It was over cooked and dry. Also i was shorted one patty and they also put cheddar cheese on it which it was supposed come with. I ate a bite and couldn't eat any more. Manager comped it even though he didnt have to. Service was great looks like they juwy mlneed to get their food on point.

This place has gone downhill. The boths were stained and looked dirty. The steak tasted funny. I'm not sure why, but it had a weird texture, too. It was not cooked 100% to the temp I requested, but that wasn't it. It's really a waste of $30. I couldn't eat it. I took it to go and gave it to my dog. The service was ok. The bread came out hot. So, it's not a complete fail, but I still will not be back.
1st time here. Traveling to Indianapolis for a concert and stopped on the way. We waited less than 5 minutes for a table. Food was good and staff was very welcoming. The host came and told us due to it being our 1st time, we would get a free dessert, AMAZING caramel pie and salted caramel Cheesecake. Steak was flavored well, burger was good and appetizer was good.

I went to O'Charley's. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger. It was very good. We had good service. And it was a nice quiet atmosphere. I would suggest if you're going to go to O'Charley's. Between the hours of 2 and 4 would be the best time it was nice and quiet I had a good time while I was there.
