No Employees had hair nets, some hair was plenty long to get lost in the food, main reason for rating.GIven I was just before the rush, the food was as advertised and service acceptable.I wouldn't advise to "dine-in" here, you can get paper plates and bottled drinks at home."store procedures and practices could be improved for a less chaotic kitchen".Been awhile since I've had the hut, worked at one for 10 years, disappointing the cheese garlic bread is half as thick as it used to be.

The food we had was great.But the SERVICE for dining in was the worst I ever had it was a Friday night at 6:00 pm. We waited 30 minutes till we got our food. Had to ask for plates /napkins/ cups and did not have enough cups for the whole family. SERVICE was Lousy. If I could leave a negative star it would be -5. Had to ask for everything.
I was in there the other day and all I'm gonna say is that new guy is very rude and arrogant so hopefully management speaks to him because that makes me not want to come back.

You have to order food first and then sit. I asked for water, and they had bottle only, and it was just put in cooler . So small bottle of soda was 2.89

The employees here are absolutely lacking in personality, customer service as well and personal cleanliness. Is it necessary to have someone at your front counter who's hair hasn't been washed in a week? No ice machine, no cups, you have to buy bottles, the tables were not clean. I didn't dare peek in the restroom. We wondered why no one was inside eating, we quickly found out why. You don't even have parmasean cheese?! I truly don't know what happened to this place.. but it's very bad. I suggest no one wasting their time to even attempt to eat inside there. Two people came in after us and complained their entire visit about how ridiculous of an experience it was and how it felt to be there. Get it together Pizza Hut.

Since I've worked at this location years ago this place has went really downhill. Not sure if they having a hard time finding people to work here or what. I placed a carry out order and it transferred me to a call center. So to talk to a manager you will have to go in person. 3 stars for decent food and friendly workers.
