Zero customers in the store. Arrived at the store for a DoorDash and they had an even looked at the receipt yet. She looks me right in the eye and said that'll be 6 minutes. And then proceeds to have a 10 minute long conversation with her co-worker and then asks her hey what kind of pizza am I making for that door dash? So then she takes her sweet time making it and then it still has to cook in the oven. About 22 total minutes later she says oh it's coming out of the oven now honey. So I stand up and can clearly see the oven that does not have pizza coming out of it.I don't know what I'm supposed to do or how I'm supposed to act to people who are blatantly lying and this worthless.I should have called the health department on this place 8 years ago when I worked here and the manager asked me to spray down the counters and wipe up the maggots that were falling out of the wall where we fold boxes. I just didn't want to deal with it at the time and just walked out instead. I could have saved thousands of customers grief not having to deal with this terrible location.

I will no longer be going to the greenfield pizza king location. Seems like in the last couple months the customer service, food quality, MANAGEMENT and just everything about that store has went down hill tremendously! It seems to have started when the manger named Angie started. She doesn't seem like she was the best candidate for the position if this is how she runs a restaurant! She doesn't have very good hygiene or people skills! She wasn’t very friendly the one time Id talked to her. And to be brutally honest, if you're making/handling food, you should always be wearing gloves and not scratching your unmentionable parts!!

My husband and I went here for the first and last time for dinner tonight! We were not impressed! It wasn’t so much the calling in our food. But the breadsticks were greasy. The pizza was a step above frozen at best! Not to mention we had to ask multiple times for napkins, straws and the drinks didn’t come till after the breadsticks came and we had to ask! And the pizza had hardly a cheese on top! They weren’t really all that busy! Should have stayed with Chicago’s like we usually do on pizza night! Won’t make that mistake again!

I grew up on PIZZA King pizza, was traveling through Indiana, and thought I would stop. Big mistake, my order was forgotten and when i did get our food it wasn't good ?. My worst experience ever, I will never go out of my way again. The only bright spot was the server.

The Pizza here is too expensive to be bad. I think we can all agree that one of the key ingredients of pizza is the sauce. This is not the first time that there was not a drop of sauce on the pizza. Dry bread, cheese and toppings kind of sucks. The Bread Sticks at Pizza King are fantastic and nearly impossible to beat until they have been out of the oven for 20 minutes sitting, being forgotten about getting cold. I know teens in 2024 are known for being highly motivated and intelligent but as luck would have it we didn't get one of those at our table, making the food, or at the register. Be better Pizza King. I know that there were almost 8 people filling 3 tables in the dining room but don't let that distract you put the sauce on the Pizza and bring out the food when it's hot.
