Asked for a Flatbread sandwich. I gathered that it is no available, but did not tell the person who was getting the sandwich. Also we are charged for a 12in and this was what we got. An wrap that was doughty and unable to eat. I will never go there again.

They are doing their employees dirty. It’s easily over 100 in that building with no fans or anything going. I was dying just getting a sandwich in less than 5 minutes. Do better.

We have two Subway Shops in Greenfield, Indiana. One shop is on St. Rd. 9 (State St) beside the Speedway and the other one is inside of Walmart. I LOVE eating their BLT's BUT, I'm very picky & I prefer to have Spinach instead of lettuce so, my sandwich is actually a "BST" - BACON, SPINACH AND TOMATO (Lots of Spinach and Red Onions). Also, it is the ONLY TIME that I eat bread & they've got great bread and Great Service which to me is the most important part of any place they serve food - the Service & how you are Treated! Sometimes you have to forget how good the food was because you got Treated so BAD! I recommend the Subway inside of the Walmart Supercenter the other one does NOT have the same Great Service! ❤️
We got 2 sandwiches, lady working could barley understand what we wanted and then we got home and I took two bites and asked my boyfriend if his tasted “normal” and he said no. I also found 3 hairs throughout my sandwich.

When I walked in the worker was at one of the dining tables watching videos on his phone. He got up when I entered. Went around the counter and begrudgingly took my order with a pretty dismissive attitude. What after I got my food, before I even left he was back at that table watching videos. I like Subway, but I think customers are better off going to the location in the Walmart two minutes away.
Unsanitary! Disgusting! I watched the cashier make a buffalo chicken sandwich for an online order. She poured the buffalo sauce and licked the remaining sauce falling from the edge of the bottle before sealing the bottle with the cap. She then looked up and forgot I was still in the restaurant. Wasn’t her first time doing it! Too comfortable doing it. Didn’t pause for a second prior to doing it.

I ordered online through the app. When I placed my order I asked for certain veggies and some honey mustard on the side also. I called and asked if they would cause they haven't in the past.The young woman that answered the phone was polite and read off my instructions and then the owner got on and I couldn't understand him very well. I explained my situation and he just hung up on me. He brings my food out to the curbside and all I can understand is no free sides. It seems like some people from India have taken over this location. I have nothing against that but every time I've dealt with the owner he's been very rude and disrespectful and you can't understand a word he says. I will not be going back.

Went in and as I was checking out thank goodness lady worker was leaned over counter in return was leaned over food and coughed didn’t get her mouth covered as she did so. Maybe walk away when u need to cough and then maybe wash your hands. Common sense!!!!
