White Castle in Greenfield has good sandwiches but prices like everything else has gone up. Brought some home for later and once they are warmed up in the microwave they taste like they were just purchased.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for a wheelchair.

I did an online order, but I when I picked the order up I asked if all the cheese cups (4) I ordered was with the order and the guy said, yes and shut the window. They was out of 30 count boxes so they put a sack of 10 cheese burgers and a sack of onion chips in a plastic bag, tied up and handed it to me, the bag was greasy. I asked again if the cheese cups were in the bag and he said yes and shoot the window again. Usually the food is good, but this time I'm really disappointed.

Male manager was very rude...pretty sure he's just angry in his personal life...obvious hate issues. Doesn't belong in food service...maybe he/she should stick to what he knows best which is hamsters

My wife and I were in Greenfield and stopped in for an early lunch. We hadn't been to a White Castle for a few years and were excited to go. We had cheeseburgers and fries. Our lunch was great. We enjoyed it and plan on returning. Also staff was friendly and the dining room was neat and clean. Overall a great experience.
The guy waited on me was rude.Then got my order wrong but did not notice till I got home which is 50 minutes away. So called them rude did not have any management to talk to spent 45 dollars and change to just to feed it to the dog.
