We were here for Trivia night and it was so much fun! We also had pizza-the Chicken Bacon Ranch was delicious as were the bread sticks. We'll be back for sure!

Love that you can get Greek's Pizza here. Highly recommend the Hawaiian and the bread sticks. Also love that they added cocktails to the menu. I had the Mezcalita recently and really enjoyed it. Staff is always super friendly. Recommended for great pizza and good times.

So the family and I went to the Wooden Bear to enjoy some time together and have some pizza play some bingo. We have only gone like two other times which both times the waitress always cleared our table. We finished with the first set of pizzas and set the boxes on the table behind us. We got the second set of pizza’s ate stacked the boxes at the end of our table. We had glasses and such and bingo cards on the table. All of the sudden this man came dragging a trash can around our table and to the table we set the boxes on. He then started slamming the trash in the trash can and said by the way there is a trash can right over there for the future. Ok first of all we did not see the trash can from where we were setting. Second all you had to do was tell us and we would have cleared it ourselves. I thought it was very rude and unprofessional. Here is a picture of where the trashcan was from the view at our table. We didn't see it until the man pointed it out. P.S. the waitress was kind and so that was nice. Just thought the way he handled it was a bit aggressive when there was no need to be.

We love this place. It’s very welcoming, with good service, yummy drinks and fantastic pizza. We love the extra crispy pepperonis! We’ve gone almost every Friday for the past month or so and the staff recognizes us now. Great music too!

Wooden Bear is a wonderful place with amazing service. The staff here makes us feel at home and are always so friendly. I read a recent review where a lady was talking about a snarky server and one who didn’t understand what they wanted for their friend’s birthday…I know both those servers and they are amazing and always so kind! They are packed some nights, so maybe have some patience!I recommend this place for great beers and a friendly atmosphere!!

It was my friend's 33rd birthday. I've never personally been here, but my 2nd friend highly recommended it. We were all ready to drink some IPA beers, laughing and smiling and just having a good time.Our server comes. She doesn't introduce herself and asked what we wanted. I told her it was nice to meet her and then we all started ordering, but a couple of us had questions on the beers. Now, there was a language barrier present, so there was a lot of repeating, but always smiling and respectful. Beer questions couldn't be answered, which was fine, and we moved on to the next order. My 4th friend just wanted a club soda with a LIME. Our server seemed like she didn't understand what that was or what we wanted. So we repeated it. Three times. "A lime." Please keep in mind, it was very loud in there, but still, we were all smiling and very nice and kept the same tone. She leaves. We all 4 go back to laughing and catching up and ready for a great birthday night!Another server sprints over with a pad of paper and aggressively asked what we wanted to drink. We all looked at each other confused, and said someone already took our order, (didn't know her name, due to her never telling us) but the lady proceeded to ask for our drink order so we all repeated it again. Then in her monotonous voice, she asked us for our ID'S again but in a very demeaning manner. So we all provided that for the 2nd time. She then slaps her notepad down to her lap and says, "What's going on, why is my server crying?" We all stared at each other for a few seconds in shock and highly confused. And then I finally spoke up and asked what she was talking about. She said, "my server, who is my friend, is in the back crying and I want to know right now why!" I said, "ma'am I don't understand why she's crying. It couldn't be because of us, she was smiling along with us before she left. We would never unintentionally or intentionally make your server cry in any way. We were all very polite and just gave her our order which we had to repeat a few times, but in no way shape or form, were we rude, disrespectful or upset about having to repeat ourselves." She ended up saying something else which I then said, "We didn't do anything wrong, but if you want, I'm more than happy to apologize to her if she felt we hurt her feelings or I can explain to her the situation." The impudent and hostile server said that wasn't needed and left. She came about 8 mins later with two of our shots, a beer and the club soda with lime. She didn't bring the other two beers we ordered, so I told the girls let's give her the benefit of the doubt and wait. We waited over 12 mins and she never brought them. Never came back to our table to check in on us. Nothing! She probably never even wrote them down to be quite frank. So. At this point, the vibe is down and off, and the birthday girl wants to leave. She's not having a good time and feels we were treated poorly and would rather go to a more upscale and up-beat resturant. We ended up cashing out, and left.Went to El Torra, a Mexican resturant which was amazing and turned the whole night around. They came out with drums beating singing happy birthday with fire sticks and gave my birthday friend a hat and a free tequila shot. That's the service we weren't expecting, but needed and wanted so bad.Shame on both of you servers. For flipping the table and making us try to feel sorry for you and pitty the other one when you two were in the wrong. If anyone should have been crying that night, it should have been my birthday girl. If anyone was to be disrespectful, hostile and just plain ol' mean girl/bully rude.... It was the 2nd server. Will never be returning and will be telling all family and friends not to go either. I have many established connections in Greenfield, and I hope they never have to deal with that type of service from this establishment. 2nd server should also be fired for her u
