A big thank you to A Piece of Cake for the beautiful “watermelon” themed cake. The cake was for a 1-year old birthday party and the theme was “One in a Melon.” The cake created look better than the picture we provided. Not only did it look beautiful but it tasted delicious. The bakery provided prompt and efficient communications to order the cake and confirm. The cake was also reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend A Piece if Cake.

Try the cake trash! I discovered this bakery because I read that they sell leftover cake and frosting from whatever they baked that day. The flavors and textures were great, so I ordered my birthday cake there. I showed the lady some photos of fairly elaborate cakes. I said "it doesn't have to be THIS fancy, but I like lots of decorative borders." She said "which photo do you like the best?" I showed her the fanciest one. She said "yeah, we can do that!" And they did not disappoint!! It was absolutely stunning. As the kids say, "they left NO crumbs!" (They gave 110%)

I absolutely loved getting birthday cakes here for my family's celebrations. The chocolate cake has a perfect balance of sweetness and the buttercream icing is very tasty. Do you only take so many orders for Thanksgiving? Is there a cutoff date to order? I ask because I left a message on Monday to order a cake for Thanksgiving and did not receive a call back. If this is the case, you could post your instructions on Facebook or your website. If I had been able to look at Facebook to see that it wasn't a possibility, I wouldn't have even called. Update 11/20/23: Sorry don't know who you called but I do not have you on my call log or in my visual voicemail.

This place is amazing! My daughter is allergic to eggs and they always take extra precautions from taking the order to preparing the cake. Everyone always says how good the cakes are at birthday parties!Absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for cakes!
