I don’t know who allowed this person to work with customers but she needs to go. The receipt said her name is Stacy P. but she didn’t have a nametag on. She had two separate incidents within the 15 minutes we were there.A hispanic man who was simply asking for an update on his order bc they’ve been standing there long before we were there and she was very short with him, wouldn’t even answer his questions and then shooed his away like a dog.The other was a couple who were waiting for the rest of their order but she would ignore them and used the excuse that the woman had walked away even though her partner was standing right there waiting. During both of these incidents, while their back were turned the worker would make faces at them and was mocking the accent of the hispanic man. When a manager was mention, the actual came forwarded and announced herself but did nothing to help the situation or reprimand the worker. She was standing behind the worker the entire time.

Warning: do not order delivery through their website because if there is an issue with the delivery, Annie Anne’s refuses to take care of their customers. If DoorDash refunds the order, you do not get the money back and Annie Anne’s refuses to do refunds, even though they were reimbursed by DoorDash twice. So unless you want to gamble losing your money, don’t do it.

Bad management, Val made my experience very easy and helped me with my order and was very sweet with me about my picky choices.

Always good but to day was extremely good

An older woman and a young man were working; easily some of the best customer service I have experienced. The interaction was quick and friendly without feeling scripted like most these days!

Good pretzels. Ruined when they switched to pre-packaged cheese. Have to get a pretzel and then go to Lucas pizza to get good cheese to dip it in... easier not always better ?

The pretzels was not even first they were gross

I don't know how they get away with serving dogs inside pretzels but they are delicious so I don't even care!!

Paula needs to watch how she looks at customers. She looked at the small like that was lined to order pretzels and gave us a look of disgust and huffed and puffed. If you don't like your job get a new one ! Don't compromise the business you're working for and make customers feel uncomfortable!!! Won't be coming here again.

Terrible and expensive

I used a coupon for BOGO free. Obe of the 2 plain pretzels was burnt and no salt on the other one. They are overpriced even getting two for price of one.
