We had a good time. Party of seven (7). The server tried hard, but kept putting orders in for sauces, drinks, etc., and they would never get delivered. The issue was that the Dan in the restaurant was on “super summer” mode and speed. The server and the manager said that they cannot adjust the fan or the speed. I have to call BS on this. Indication was that only corporate could adjust the fan as it was literally cold - thus affecting the ambiance .

Tried this restaurant for the first time with the family. We ordered the Bavarian pretzel appetizer which never came to our table, Not a good start. Ordered the all nighter burger, chicken parm grilled cheese, and shrimp & grits. Food took almost 30 minutes to come out and server didn’t even bring us silverware or napkins and this was at 2pm on a Saturday which was not a busy time at all. Server attended to 2 other tables in addition to ours and brought them drink refills often but left us dry. Food was pretty decent but service was the worst. Wasn’t until she brought the bill that she realized she forgot the appetizer. Didn’t notice a manager walking around either. Place won’t survive with horrible service.

This place was awesome. It's right there located in the Greenwood Park Mall so you got a lot of stuff you can do after you get done eating. The bathrooms is really clean and nice.Parking: You got a lot of parking cuz it's in the Greenwood Park Mall.Kid-friendliness: Right before we left we had a couple that brought there are two kids in there and they didn't say nothing about them they let them come in and enjoy their self tooWheelchair accessibility: I did see a person in the wheelchair they got little ramps that goes up around to the tables and the bathrooms was for wheelchair also as you can see from the pictures I posted

Food was very good. Service was close to the worst we’ve ever had, I believe to poor management. I think the server was doing the best she could but her and at least another server both had tables on opposite sides of the restaurant. Which makes zero sense to me. So she was rarely by us. We voiced our concerns to the manger, I believe Sean, and he could have cared less to what we were saying. He just blew us off.

First clue should have been when surrounding restaurants had over an hour wait and Bar Louie only had a 15-20 minute wait. We had gone on a Saturday night we were seated within the quoted time frame then everything went down hill from there. We waited about 30 minutes for drinks. Waitress said they didn’t have clean glasses so she finally brought us disposable cups. That one drink would be all we’d ever get that night. After an hour and fifteen minutes and our waitress not checking on us at all she finally lets us know our order was gone. No where to be found. I’m guessing never turned in. She said we could reorder or just leave. REALLY!! No let’s make your food asap and it’s on us but you can reorder or leave. So we left. I wasn’t about to waste another hour of my night or longer as the service was beyond horrible. I had to select one star for food but I really don’t know as I never got any food.

Our server was so kind. We stayed awhile and she never made us feel rushed. She also made some special accommodations for our group which was much appreciated. The breakfast flatbread was delicious!

My wife and I had the worst service ever here. It was astounding that this happened at a chain. Our server was inattentive and constantly talking in the kitchen or the hostess station, we did not receive napkins with our food and had to walk around to ask for them, and we were never asked if we wanted anything to drink. We had higher hopes because it was a Friday night and it wasn't busy. It was very disappointing. The food was okay but the complete lack of service will keep us from returning. I am a food and beverage manager and it's clear to me that the waiting staff needs some additional training.
I've never had a bad meal here. It's definitely not your typical bar food.

My husband and I read some reviews on Bar Louie at Greenwood Mall. Liked most but we wanted to try ourselves.We absolutely loved the place, the food, drinks, atmosphere, and last, but definitely not least, Michelle! Our server, Michelle, was excellent! This will be one of our most visited places for date night! And can you believe the silverware was so clean, spotless!!!??? Love that too!

This place is not what it used to be, I used to enjoy the food and menu. Went recently on a Saturday afternoon and they have again downsized the menu (pretty soon there won't be anything on it). The prices are ridiculous! I mean $17.25 for a grilled chicken parm sandwich is asinine! Our food was average to below average and all the tater tots were hard as a rock and over cooked. Service was decent, but we were one of two tables on a Saturday afternoon at 12:30pm which is telling.

I will start with “Bar Louie” is nice. You expect high end service. This is not what you’ll get. The servers dress like trash. It took absolutely forever for one drink and an order of fries. The drink was not made right after sitting for 45 minutes waiting for a waitress to pay attention I left vs ordering more drink. Definitely do not plan to return
