They hired a white bitter old Karen who literally got my order wrong. The opposite of everything I said. If you dont like working there then leave. Disappointed on this chick fil A because they keep their people on check.

This is the worst Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. The only reason why I still eat here is because I'm always at the mall and I'm not a fan of the other options in the food court. The customer service is sub par. No one that works there is friendly and I'm never greeted with a smile. Even when I try to be nice they just scowl and scoff. Very rude.
