The food quality was absolutely horrible. I've been going to this restaurant for over 10 years. This is NOT the quality of food that I'm used to experiencing from them. Very disappointing. Especially for a $70+ order.

The food was excellent, but we had an issue with side items missing from our large order and we spent 20+ minutes back and forth on the phone (got hung up on once but will assume it was a misunderstanding) being argued with about the missing items! We ordered several meals - $100 worth of food - and got so much pushback about a couple missing egg rolls! It was so bizarre. We drove back after finally being told they’d rectify the issue and when we walked in, the person at the counter said “I thought they explained this to you, you weren’t missing anything?” Sigh. Some kind of drop in the communication on their end, but WHY are we STILL arguing about this? The gentleman at the counter did, reluctantly, give us the stupid egg rolls, but not without SO much attitude LOL. We got out to the car and quickly checked this time (duh) and lo and behold, he gave us 2 of our missing 6 egg rolls and an unnecessary (but ok?) bag of spring rolls! At this point, we were bemused and done with this interaction. The whole thing was just so silly and unnecessary and honestly, their absolute need to be so hostile and argumentative about $6ish worth of egg rolls made me want the stupid things more.

Chicken so freeer burnt that all I could taste, when I brought it up to them they tried to lie to me an say it’s all made fresh, STAY AWAY at all cost. Plus overcharged 37 dollars for two off of the lunch menu( which is 6.95 on menu)!!!

The food is always good here. Best crab Rangoon in town! Hunan chicken is great. Tried the Szechuan chicken and wasn't too impressed. But most everything else has been good.

They reminds me of the cheap Chinese food I got when I lived in college dorm.Beer cans opened, pizza cases all over, stepping on each other's smelly bodies, and this is the Chinese food you order with a gigantic hangover.It's oily, but not extremely greasy. It's meaty, but not expensive. You talk to them in Chinese and pay in cash, they give you the secret menu and tell you how they migrated here when they were 17. Sometimes, during national holidays such as Moon festival, if you are nice enough and tell some good jokes, they even give you the moon pie for free. Moon pie always tastes funky but that's the joint memory of all Chinese people.Anyways, come here and order food if you want to support small business owners and hard working people. Their food is totally worth you $$$. Try to leave some tips or pay with cash because then they don't have to pay the credit card fees..PS: U seen uncle roger and commenting on Wang Gang's cooking? They aren't as good but their vibes totally pass. :)

The staff is amazing, they make you feel like family and recognize who is calling if you are a regular! I absolutely love the food and always get a little something whenever I'm having a bad day! I always love getting to go in and pick up my food in the quick amount of time I'm in there all while being able to drop a quick hi and hello to whoever it is who may be working at the time! If you haven't already, I strongly suggest recommending Ching Garden to others and to give it a try if you are ever within the are! (:

We have been ordering from Ching Garden for a few years now and it’s always been pretty good, but the last 3 times we ordered the orders were messed up and everything tasted the same. Tonight we ordered General Taos and sesame chicken which tasted exactly the same with a nasty after-taste and we ordered some vegetables with garlic sauce, and it came loaded with meat and no garlic sauce! Within 10 minutes after eating and we both had a terrible stomach ache. Do not recommend this restaurant and we won’t be going back!

Crab Rangoons weren't cooked thoroughly. Got roast pork with veggies and had 4 pieces of pork. Here's another bad thing. I'm waiting at the counter to tell them I'm here for pick up, he gets the person next to me and hers isn't ready, so instead of asking for mine, he goes in the back to prepare an order. After 5 to 7 minutes, he asks mine and it was done, bagged up and sitting, while I could've grabbed it 7 minutes ago. Will not go back here again. Food quantity was poor, quality was poor, and service was poor. Don't waste your time here.

The food wasn't too bad but I've definitely had better. The main reason for the 1 star is the rude Chinese lady that's in the store. She's so mean and rude, I can do nothing but feel sorry for her. I don't know what happened to her to make her such a bitter soul, but I will pray better days for her. I will NOT be going back though. Not only that, the store is filthy and she preps right in the customer seating area with NO GLOVES on a dirty table. While she was prepping the phone rang, she proceeded to get up, answer the phone, and come straight back to prepping. So, if you like filth topped off with rudeness this is your spot:)
