El Torito #2 is a smaller Cantina restaurant with great family-made home-style cooking. Located conveniently near In-N-Out and Rural King, it's a perfect spot for a quick bite. The service is fantastic, with immediate seating and quick delivery of chips. The grilled chicken taco Supreme is tasty, and they serve Pepsi. The atmosphere is wonderful, especially on a Friday night, with magnificent chips and queso. Parking can be tight but manageable when not busy.
