My favorite day of the week is Friday, when straight after work, I order a pie from this location. Not only is their POTW half price (such a lifesaver on a tight budget), but I have never had anything less than great food and great service. The food is always fresh and never once has my order been wrong or something forgotten. I order delivery and they are always on time and the nicest delivery drivers I have ever met. Shoutout to my usual delivery drivers Chase and Giovanni! Hotbox Pizza in Greenwood will always have my business as long as they continue the excellence.

10 yrs later, still never returned. I've eaten a lot of pizza elsewhere!****Friday night, I'm craving hotbox. They close at 11p on Friday. I drive to the shop wanting to do carry out at a window, so I call omw there and again from the parking lot at 10:16pm. One bald guy is alone, talking on his Bluetooth in the shop just ignoring my many phone calls because he wanted to close up shop 44 mins early. I finally gave up at 10:33pm when he turned off the lights in the store.Jets Pizza was quick to deliver soon after, though.Hot Box in Greenwood just lost my business for good.

First time trying the place out and the pizza and cheese sticks were good! They gave me enough time to order and I didn't feel rushed at all trying to order and the staff seemed very nice! Kinda reminds me of A-ZiP pizza but with tootsie rolls! The seating area does need to be revamped a bit so you feel more welcome to sit down. Definitely recommend

I ordered a "build your own". I initially gave them a 4 star on doordash; however, I realized it wasn't only the dough that was chewy, but the sausage and "meet balls" were super dried out and tasted like dried out hamburger, not sausage at all. This is odd for hotbox pizza. Everything else was okay on the pizza (pepperoni, olives, etc.). Yeah the sausage ruined it for me. It was grainy and chewy, not fresh at all and over cooked. The meatballs were not meatballs but clumps of severely dried out beef. Those two together took a supreme pizza to sub-par status.

Their dining room consists of four tables with six chairs, two tables with four chairs and two tables with two chairs. There are three TV screens. The chairs have cushions for extra comfort. I ordered their LunchBox deal which is a slice and a salad plus stix but I didn't ask for the bread. That deal is only $7. Add a soda and tax and it's still only $10. That's a pretty sweet deal these days. Both the salad and the slice of cheese pizza were excellent. The salad comes with lettuce, mozzarella, pepperoni, banana peppers, and tomatoes. My choice of dressing was their Balsamic Vinaigrette which was good too. Service was great as well. Step up to the counter and get waited on immediately, find a table and they bring your food out pronto.

The girl at the front register was really nice n helpful. It was my first time there. The food is ok. I suggest extra sauce because there is very little sauce on them and it makes it very dry tasting if u eat it after it cools down. Hot n fresh it was ok.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian option. Not quite sure if its vegan friendly or not. ??
The last 2 times we ate there, the pizza had no flavor

Gave HotBox Pizza a try on the recommendation of a neighbor and it did not disappoint. Pizza was ready at the requested pickup time and it was hot, fresh, and tasty. Our whole family enjoyed it.

This was the worst pizza I have EVER ordered from here! It came cold and the cheese for the bread sticks was hotter then the pizza.. I'm working a double shift and was excited to get this bit it didn't even look good..Oh and a 3.00 delivery fee ? Why don't you tell people about this ?? 38.00 and some change for a nasty cold pizza...I'm so upset
