I ordered at 11:02am, didn't receive food till 11:58am. My food was correct, but im guessing they made many, many other deliveries first despite me only being 7min away. My bread is soggy, my lettuce is slimey. I called around 11:50am to ask whwre it was cause my lunch started at 11:30, and the man on the phone could not have cared less. Just said it was out and he had other deliveries. I understand that but when your motto is freaky fast delivery, maybe do that.

Got the pesto pasta salad and thought it looked a little separated (old) and went to go look at the date and there is a water mark conveniently on the date. Didn’t care to go ask for a new one, was just grossed out. Glad I ate my other food first and it was good.

Food was right and delivery person very nice. However, I had a mattress and this sandwich expected to be delivered at the same time. Guess which came first? Not the sandwich.Every other Jimmy John’s I’ve ordered from has food delivered in 20 or less. This is something this location needs to work on, prioritizing delivery orders

The Greenwood location must have new ownership. I go there frequently and the quality of the food and friendliness of the staff has decreased drastically! I usually get an unwich as I am dieting. The lettuce has been less than fresh! Today was the worst! Also, I spent over $2 for a Diet Coke and there was no carbonation. I threw it away and went to McDonalds drive through!! I usually order ahead on the app. Not one person spoke to me! I even said thank you on my way out the door! I am sad to say that I don’t think I will be returning to this location!

I order from this location a couple times per week. Although the delivery drivers are always nice and have a smile on their face, it almost always takes at least one hour for the delivery to be made. It is NOT freaky fast.

Jimmy John’s used to be my all-time favorite sandwich place. I spent $40 on an order about a year ago. They charged me twice ($80) and kept telling me to wait for a manager to be available at the store to help me (it wasn’t until several days later that a manager would be in). Then when the manager was back I went back in immediately, and they told me they couldn’t help me because it was charged days ago. They couldn’t refund anything (apparently) and instead gave me a partial store credit. I went in one more time a month later using the store credit they gave me. I haven’t been back for about a year.First time trying to order from this store again, and the first half of my sandwich is great. I take one bite of the second half and it tastes like there’s a giant glob of hand sanitizer in there. I called the store to notify them, so other people aren’t eating hand sanitizer. I won’t be going back or ordering again. While the prices are higher at Jersey Mike’s, the quality of food is actually edible and they don’t charge me twice.

I see why this location has only a few stars I ordered my lunch early super early so it could be here buly noon called twice and the store manager was of no help attitude was very I dont care. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE!!!!!!

Called about my delivery order after 1hr of placing it. The women said they were short staffed but it was about to be on its way. 2hrs after delivery time still no food. I called to ask about it but was given no estimate on time. I asked to cancel my order and was hung up on. Called back and was finally directed to someone with actual customer service that was able to get the order cancelled. Was looking for something quick on my lunch break turned into not even being able to take a lunch.

The food was great. The cashier was rude to us the moment we walked in. When I greeted her and asked how she was she just glared at me. Even though I slowly gave her my order she kept yelling at me to slow down. When I slowly repeated myself she snapped that she already got it. She then mumbled that I needed to grab my cup. When I asked "pardon?" she huffed and and said "GET YOUR CUP." Then immediately turned around to chat with her coworkers and ignored us. No thank you, have a good day, nothing. The floors were also very sticky, as were the tables. This Jimmy John's is closest to me and convenient but next time I want Jimmy's I will go out of my way to another.

It just took 53minutes for my food to be delivered. I ordered at 1145am she brought it in at 1243pm. Also, on the tracker she put it was delivered before it was even delivered. I won't order from you again!

Sandwiches are good, you go for the food, its darn good, the do only serve cold sandwiches. So nothing like a rueben, thats alright, however all the sandwiches were good.
