WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I WAS VERY UPSET TO KNOW THAT MY FAVORITE STORE WAS SO INEFFECTIVE IN PROBLEM SOLVING AND TROUBLESHOOTING. 1. STORE IS A WIC APPROVED STORE BUT IS TELLING CUSTOMERS ALL WIC/EBT IS DOWN & THEIR SYSTEMS CANNOT CORRECT THEMSELVES. 2. GAVE MISLEADING INFORMATION ON STORE INVENTORY. 3. LADIES AT SELF CHECKOUT WERE VERY RUDE. REFUSED TO ASSIST ME WITH THE BABY FORMULA NEEDED FOR MY BABY, CONTINUED TO VOID/SUSPEND MY TRANSACTIONS INSTEAD OF HELPING TO RESOLVE THE PAYMENT PROCESSING ERRORS SO THAT MY BABY CAN HAVE HIS MILK. ONE LADY SAYS "IT AIN'T MY FAULT, WHY YOU MAD AT ME"!!! AT THIS POINT IM DISGUISED WITH THESE ATTITUDES AND PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 4. MEANWHILE WHILE CHECKING OUT MY INFANT IS CRYING HYSTERICALLY AND HUNGRY. 5. WHILE TRYING TO WORK WITH KROGER STAFF TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE I ASKED FOR MANAGER WHO WAS NO HELP AT ALL, ALL HE TOLD ME WAS "WE DON'T DO THAT, "WE CAN'T DO THAT". -NOT HELPING! REMEMBER THIS IS A WIC APPROVED STORE! 6. MY BOYFRIEND, WHO WAS PRESENT ENTIRELY ASSISTING WITH MY INFANT WAS THEN FINANCIALLY AND RACIALLY PROFILED WHEN USING ANOTHER METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR (1)OF THE INDIVIDUAL MILK CARTONS!!!!! THE ONLYYYYYYYY UPSIDE TO THIS TRIP TODAY WAS THE FACT THE LAST EMPLOYEE COMES OUT FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP. ALTHOUGH SHE WAS UNABLE TO HELP SOLVE THE INITIAL ISSUE, SHE WAS ABLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL, SHE WAS PLEASANT, AND HER DELIVERY WAS EMPATHETIC. SHE APOLOGIZED AND OFFERED TO EVEN PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE OF MY WIC ITEMS THAT THE SYSTEM WOULDN'T PROCESS. MY BOYFRIEND COMPLETED OUR TRANSACTION. THIS AMAZING EMPLOYEE COMES OVER TO CATCH US NEAR THE EXIT WITH A $15 KROGER GIFT CARD. I LOVE KROGER STILL BUT I WONT TAKE A PENNY, WIC, EBT, OR A SCRATCH OFF LOTTERY TICKET BACK THERE. GOOD DAY.. THANKS FOR LISTENING ! I WENT TO WALMART & GOT ALL THE MILK NEEDED! *DUECES KROGER

The produce. First, you have to hunt for the best-looking package. They literally have bags and packages of vegetables that have visibly bad products that they are trying to sell (and not marked down) it baffles me. Then when you think you found good berries! Bring them home and the next day mold. I'd love to eat the fruit and vegetables without mold and I'd like them to last 2 to 3 days at home. Thanks for all the commercials that claim you have the best produce. That is a total lie.

i will recommend once they start stocking kroger brand fruit on the bottom yogurt. i haven't seen it in 2 months and it hurts my soul

I love this Kroger. It's always crowded for a reason. They are always well stocked and I can usually get in and out pretty quickly. The pharmacy is also very quick which is such a plus! I just wish there was more room in the drive through for the pharmacy

Even the employees don’t always wear masks properly, much less about 30% of the shoppers. There no longer is an employee at the door to sanitize carts and remind shoppers that properly worn masks are required by state mandate. I realize that you do not want to have employees threatened by selfish ranting antimaskers, so perhaps have a very large security guard at the door as a ‘greeter’

On 6/2 at 5pm I went to this Starbucks and had a terrible experience. The manager on staff was rude and treated me like I was stupid for asking for my incorrect coffee to be remade. The staff wanted me to pay for it and did not even apologize.

I would like to compliment the Kroger store at Edgewood and Madison. Their employees always take time to help you, especially Cindy. Today I went to the flower section and met a lovely lady named Lisa. I told her what I wanted the flowers for and she went into action. She advised me about a sale that was going on and about some accessories that I could put in to make the arrangement look better. This is not the first time she has helped me. She is pleasant and always tries to make the flowers you pick out the look their best. Thank you Lisa and Cindy Terry

They are not open 24/7. It says they are but I came by at 1 am and all of their doors were locked. A Krispy Creme vendor was pounding on the door to get in. Please change hours of business. Waste of trip.

Within the past 18 months, I have bought 4 different items(food) from this store and get home and realized it's majorly expired. I consumed one of the products and didn't realize it was expired until after the fact. Luckily I didn't get sick. It's the stockers' job to make sure product isn't expired when restocking! This particular location obviously has a problem with that!

Maybe change the store hours online. Since you USED to be open all night, google & facebook still says the same, but I just wasted my gas going all the way there for someone to tell me you open at 6am & it's been that way for a while? Therefor causing me to have to turn around and drive another 8 miles to Walmart to get the 1 item I needed. Not happy!!
