Well they closed the butcher shop here. No More Cappicola or Mortadella at deli which is totally understaffed. Poor Campbells soup selection. People ( besides the deli employees)are pretty good.

I came here because I needed a drink. I came in here the parking lot and the store is extremely clean. The store is really big and has a lot of options. I didn't really look at prices. The service is really good and plenty of options. I overall had a good experience.

This Kroger is a large store with merchandise like clothing for sale as well as the normal Kroger grocery items. It was neat, and mostly well stocked. The issues I had that kept it from being a 5 star were all with employees. Most employees were neutral, without talking or looking at customers. The ones I came in contact with that were problematic were a couple of stockers who were working together. When I attempted to go down the isle, not only did they not move out of my (the customer's) way, but they continued to step in my path. Their stuff was in front of something I was looking at, but they never offered to move anything. They actually spoke to each other, but never me. I actually said, "Excuse me," when one stepped in front of me, causing me to stop in my path, but neither said anything to me. The other problem was that cold items were packed with non cold. I always put my cold items together on the conveyor belt to make it easier to place in bags. With it being hotter now, it's especially important to be able to keep those foods together. A little customer service training could go a long way here. Other than that, this is a great store.

They changed the closing time to 11. Okay, fine. I go in tonight and it’s 10pm?!? When did this happen?!? The lady working front end told me months ago. But that is not the case. I’ve been in there many times around 10 and they are completely open! WHAT IS GOING ON?!

I use to shop at this Kroger all the time and it was great! But here in the last two years it is horrible. Disorganized it smells and they are not on their game plan. When I call pharmacy it takes a long time to answer or I get hung up on very unproffessional. I am sgoshopp at Walmart now and switching my meds somewhere else,so sad.

This is by far the nicest Kroger I've ever been too, the food selection is great, and you can buy clothes, shoes toys, even have electronics.

Always a busy store. I blew in for liquor and wine. Awesome selection and lots on sale most of the time. They even had ha super fancy wine area. I spotted an $82 bottle of white for $29. Always a value. Tip- after the registers up front is the super premium allocated selection.

1. They ignor their customers while they see them waiting for there pick up and continue on the computer or looking for something! they can't even acknowledge your presence!!
2. They talk down to you as if you piss them off and begin talking to you like your simple, then when calling they put the phone down without saying anything then walk away then 5 minutes later someone picks up the phone! you're like WTF happened!
3. They are disrespectful to the customer such as myself when they are misleading by saying they " we have the medication then they say they don't and then they said that they don't carry it and the providers don't have it in there orders when they call for it" ! TOTALLY CONFUSING!! mind you my doctor and the nurse had to phone them 3 times and they lied to them both as well. GO FIGURE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS KROGERS AT ALL IN MY OPINION the customer is confused on what to do or expect from the PHARMACY !! One woman talked to me in the store about the PHARMACY and she said the same things I said but made her wait for a hour and half for her medication and she was in alot of pain after surgery on her teeth!!! if you decide to go with them good luck you will see what I'm talking about !!!
