Stopped by on 3/10I appreciate the young lady helping me with my order,as I was really messing up.My only complaint,is the wait.Pricing could be better,but the wait,is a little much.

Service related complaint: Picked up an online order. Stood at the counter for several minutes - they weren't busy. One person was on his phone leaning on a counter near me, talking to another right in front of me about personal topics. I was ignored entirely. Neither was doing anything that was work-related. The third was working but moving at a snail's pace with drive through items. A manager eventually came out and they suddenly scattered and looked busy. Took about nine minutes total. Got home with my order to find missing items (one piece of fish, and 8 tarter sauces). I've seen employees who hate their jobs before - the apathy and lethargy displayed was palpable.

The cod was not cooked properly, it was mushy with a white substance oozing out. The corn was brown and old. It's a shame that the food was bad because the service was good. The drive through was open, but not the building itself.

This place has been, since I moved to Greenwood over a year ago, been going down the drain.On several occasions I've had to wait upwards of 30 minutes for my food, and afterwards there's always an issue with it. Either it's missing food, the wrong food, or entire orders are missing, and the cashier will act inconsiderate or inconvenienced by me when I tell them.The most infuriating thing is the wait time for food. I remember, vividly, when we went through the drive through the first time after moving up. My wife, me and my two young children had to wait in the car for an hour to get our food. There was no sign posted that they were understaffed, no one explained before we paid that there would an unusual wait time. They just told us to park and they'd bring it out.Long story short, it was a very long time since we came back. Unfortunately, we have ourselves to blame partly, because we never learned from our previous experiences.I believe waits would be dramatically reduced if you could place orders online for pickup (not GrubHub or delivery services) or if they would stop prioritizing pickups for drivers. I've had to wait on 3 occasions before even being able to order food for the cashier to finish dealing with a driver and their pickups.It's just not customer friendly or focused. If I take the time to actually come to the restaurant, my time should be considered valuable. Stop wasting it and my patience.It will be a long time before I go back, hopefully when they are under new management or actually staff the building to meet its business demands. What's their business plan is right now, it's living on borrowed time.

Ordered 12 pc family meal at 50 bucs and wala no fries....kids wouldn't eat Cole slaw and hushpuppies so it was a great night ...I just don't get it that is your job ....that is your income ...no cares giving feel sorry for the next guy... but me myself .....I won't be back thanks .....for ripping me

Fish was hot and fresh, especially since this was during non lunch or dinner rush hours. Didn't have to wait for it either. I wish their individual pieces weren't as expensive since I didn't want a combo but the combo prices are the better deal which is what most would want. Overall great though just can't say atmosphere because I didn't go inside.
