We’ve been to this place several times and loved it in the past, but yesterday was a disaster, very disappointing and we fill like we were ripped off! They were out of practicality everything! They served my half of chicken salad on the smallest sliced half of regular toasted bread instead of the bun it was supposed to come on, as well as my husband’s cheesesteak sandwich on the same bread with one thin and rubbery pieces of steak that he did not like. My husband was obviously not full off that tiny piece of nothing, so I went up to get him a chicken salad sandwich and spend another $10+ in addition ti the almost $30 we spent to have an actual meal, but guess what…. They couldn’t make it because they was completely out of bread then…..The potato soup was awful as well, so we couldn’t even fill up on that to compensate due the tiny sandwich that tgey gave us….This was very disappointing and we want our money back! We will never return again! All the other customers were upset and complaining as well! We should’ve known not to stay and eat when there was literally a few people in there and that place is normally jammed packed! They needed to close their doors instead of ripping people off!!!!!!

The last three times we've gone there they have been out of chicken. Two times salmon and beef. The most recent was chicken, salmon, stuff for salads, and no pizza boxes. We loved the Greenwood, Indiana location since they opened. Though quality control has always been an issue. They really lost me when they quit making their own pizza crust. The premade stuff just isn't as good. We continued to occasionally go because my husband was ok with the new crust. But when they don't have any ingredients, they can't even make what you want. We simply quit going.

Really feel as if there’s a failure with management. Used to really love eating here and the atmosphere it provided. However, since recent management changes I’ve just not been able to enjoy myself. Would not recommend until problem is resolved.
I visited one of these in Mississippi and loved the chili so much that I did a Google search and was very excited to find a Newk's Eatery in Greenwood!This time around, I went with a friend who got the half sandwich lunch pairing of the chicken bacon club -sans tomato- and the Mac n Cheese.They really enjoyed their lunch. A lot.Lol.We already know that I love their chili, but, yes, it did not disappoint! I got it loaded as that was how I received it in Mississippi and wanted the same experience.Although Indiana is way more generous with the jalapeños and I actually had to take a cpl out.. yeppers, I was a total wiener biscuit, lol!I look forward to returning and trying a few more things.

I ordered two pizzas for delivery and upon opening the boxes, both pizzas were not even close to the pizzas I ordered. Then I received a cookie cutter email response saying that they will learn from my feedback. That doesn't put the money I wasted on something that I literally threw away and didn't eat any of back in my pocket. First and last time ordering from here. Thanks for literally nothing!

Water and packaged bread sticks were okay. Charged more than the published price. Newks Q sandwich all of the chicken was dried out and over cooked the bacon on it was way undercooked, bread was hard. Staff did not know the menu.This place has really gone downhill.I cannot recommend any of the food nor can I commit to ever returning.Parking: Plenty of parking as there was no business

Our food was delicious, but I noticed that one of women who was cooking food, went into the restroom with her apron on and returned to the kitchen with that same apron on after using the restroom and started preparing food again. I also saw a young man texting on his cell phone with gloves on that are used to prepare food he was while preparing food. The restrooms were a wreck with paper towels thrown all over the floor. What was most disappointing was all of the staff standing around talking to each other and texting on their phones in the kitchen area during down time. The only employee who was keeping busy the entire time I was there was a really nice older lady with red hair. She was cleaning off tables, sweeping floors, and being so friendly when she brought us our food. This lady was so professional I think the younger people who work there should watch and learn fantastic customer service. I’ll give 5 star’s customer service just because of this amazing lady.

Why is curbside an option if you still have to go on. No one was in the store and I was standing no one greets me. i said I had a curbside order they starred at me. Customer service awful.

I have a broken leg and thought curbside would be easy pickup after Pt bad choice. Curbside is a joke number for pickup is out of order. Checked in from app and sent restaurant a message letting them know I was here. No one ever came and I tried calling number on google and it went to answering service. Customer service was offer. Nice lady going on was kind of enough to grab my order for me otherwise i wouldve had to just leave.

We were staying in a hotel in Greenwood when we decided to order delivery. After driving all day, no one felt like going out for dinner. The delivery was fairly quick by doordash. However, two children's dinners were missing from the order. When I called the restaurant, I was put on hold several times as they could not locate a manager., They stated I needed to come pick up the rest of the order or contact the delivery service. I drove to pick up our order and the only compensation for my trouble was a small piece of cake. The dinners were below expectations for the money we paid for them (over $50). We would have done better getting fast food.

This place is not what it used to be! Poorly managed. Very slow service, all of the glass in the store is absolutely filthy. The patio has been dirty and closed for weeks.
