We went there for dinner, it was not a good experience. First of all,, the lady said there was no mayonnaise and then told me that there was no pickles. Also, when we were there, they were out of baguettes, The atmosphere was gross and dirty, and there was gnats everywhere. There was also a worker that was very disrespectful and rude. But there were two young workers who were very nice. I ordered a hot sandwich and they brought out a cold one. It was not a good experience!

This place charges way too much for their food. We ordered 2 salads and 2 smoothies, and it was over $30. The salads were small, especially when you consider the price and the smoothies weren't mixed very well. The lady taking the order was not too friendly and had an attitude. It's doubtful that we'll return.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the awesome customer service I get Everytime I visit my Panera and specifically tonight as I had one of those days that nothing was going right starting from the morning when I was running late and never got to stop and get my usual coffee and by the time I was able to get to Panera it was in the evening around 5:30/6 and all I wanted was just a hot cup of coffee to try to make my day a little better and the sweet girl taking my order named Jessica listened to me vent about my ridiculously stupid day and made sure to get me a freshly brewed cup of coffee with my signature whipped cream on top and it totally just changed my attitude.. and I know that's something silly and simple but that's sometimes all it takes! The staff is consistently wonderful at this Panera and it really makes a difference when you have a smile and a greeting and to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy! Thank you Jessica and the rest of the awesome staff(so many to name)!!!!!

My mom had to ask in a serious manner that we had food missing and the manager still ignored her to continue making new orders.I imagine the place different, it needs an update urgently. Got my spread finally but management should offer a discount off next order or throw in some free cookies or baguettes to compensate for not getting it right. Food and gas are just too expensive.

This will be my last visit as the food quality has been declining the last few visits. On the last visit, I requested I ordered teriyaki chicken broccoli bowl 4 pieces of broccoli and a handful of cilantro (should have been reverse) the chicken looked like it was old and heated up several times before . The store was very dirty . All was brought to the managers attention, who seemed to not care. This store is a disgrace to the Panera bread chain .
