I don't know who needs to hear this, but there are TWO locations on 135. We ordered carry out on the app for the 135 location, and it geolocated to the NEW location WAY south of us on 135. You would think a company as large as Papa John's would register their stores on Google AS SOON AS THEY OPEN. IF YOU GOOGLE PAPA JOHNS, IT ONLY SHOWS 1 LOCATION ON 135. Sweet cold pizza now....

Ordered delivery of a large stuffed crust with toppings. Arrived in decent time but clearly the delivery driver (Donovan) did not learn how to pizza drive--the toppings had completely slid off the top of the pizza to the sides of the box. There was also sausage on it, which I did not order. Very disappointed, but the general manager very kindly offered to refund me or re-make and deliver the pizza.

I ordered 1 Large pizza online, normally takes about 15 minutes for it to be done. I ask and they say it is still in the oven, so I sit, and it turned out to take another 30 minutes before a worker came up and told me they messed up the pizza and it would be a 20 minute wait, or a refund. They did not even offer and compensation for all the time I was forced to wait, rediculous

Horrible, I ordered two medium pizzas and breadsticks. They gave two 12 inch pizzas. I should of checked before I left but wasn't thinking anything of it. The quality of this place has gone the drain. The employees are too busy on their phone and not paying attention.
Got a large pizza but its thinner than paper and after requesting "Light Sauce" the pizza turned out dryer than breadsticks. They literally put a few droplets which is not what LIGHT SAUCE MEANS. The pizza was also room temp as if they cooked it 30 minutes early.Mediocre Papa John's location! Not coming back.

Ordered the family deal tonight, got one large the works and one large pepperoni and beef.This was the worst pizza. Papa John's has totally gone downhill.The works: I asked for extra sauce, it barely had any.All the toppings were piled up on one side and the middle, tons of green pepper and onions, hardly any meat at all, literally 8 pieces of mushrooms, 10 pepperonis.All I could taste was the bell peppers.I removed the onions and gave it to my dogs.It was half ass cut, I had to recut them.The last time we ordered from there it was bad also, chalked it up to just a busy day.We won't be ordering Papa Johns again
