With all of the bad reviews im surprised they are still opened for business. I spent three hours trying to place my order. My order was finally accepted around 9:45. Order said delivery by 10:15. I literally live 2 minutes away from them. They call me at 10:20 to inform me that they could not dispatch my order to me, claiming the system would allow them to send out a driver... so you all make my food and charge me but then claim it can't be delivered! I am home with a newborn post C-Section and I am not waking my baby nor can I drive to pick something up that was supposed to be delivered. The real issue is anytime they are close to closing time they make excuses why they can't deliver people's food! If you all don't want to make money just say that and close the establishment!! This is my third issue with this place but the only one who delivers to my location, they are horrible! And there is never a manager available!! They just don't care about the customer service!

Placed an order online saturday at this pizzahut, went to cancel the order less than 5 minutes later, took me over an hour to try and reach the store to cancel it since only a manager can cancel orders, called the store 14 times in an hour to cancel it and still no one answered the phone. Had to drive to the store and get the order cancelled and have yet to be refunded. I was told this is a franchise store which now makes sense seeing as they don't care about the customers there. Noticed the manager only put her mask on when she opened the door, seriously you are wokring around that food contaminating it. This place needs to be shut down.

I ordered carryout online. I went to the dorr to pick it up and EVERYONE IN THE KITCHEN WAS NOT WEARING A MASK. They were blatantly disregarding the safety of their customers. I am very disappointed to see the concern for others safety be tossed out the window. I will not be returning to this location until after the pandemic settles down and potentially even after than.

We ordered two thin and crispy crust medium cheese pizzas with extra cheese last Friday. It was $33 (Yes, $33 dollars!) with delivery fee and if it had extra cheese then you would probably be hard pressed to find any cheese on a regular cheese. Crust was soggy and was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. For $33 I could of had a much better pizza from just about anywhere. If your looking for a cheese pizza during lent, pass on Pizza Hut.

What has happen to Customer service. Two weeks ago I ordered pizza and the lady took for ever to take my order. I was told 30 minutes, after 55 minutes I called and some lady said it was out for delivery. I ask her what about the 30 minutes and she said no way I was told that. I hung up as pizza guy pulled in the driveway. Last night I called and some lady who has no training ask me so many questions. When I give my phone number, next questions should be what's your order. Finally after I had enough of her talking over me. I hung up and called Papa Johns. I always ordered Pizza Hut for years but NO MORE. Horrible service.

Pizza hut used to be my go to for carry out. That will end now. I have never had worse customer service. Trying to use my points on the app to order. It wont work. I call customer service they say I the app has bugs in just go to our website..... Ok I guess. Go there the same deal that I could order on my phone I cant order here. I call the store still no help. I email customer service and get a auto reply and that is it no follow up. Now 3 weeks later I try again and the same thing.... We are done pizza hut.

Do not order here! The employees are rude. They won't let you talk to a manager. They lie about their name. They give incorrect orders and refuse to fix them or give your money back. I used to love the thin crust pizza there but not worth the trouble It isn't worth it to deal with the employees. On Christmas Eve they took my order down wrong and refused to bring me back my money and I was told because I am blind they could not bring me my money and this is after the seventh call. They said I would have to come there to get my money but I ordered delivery because I cannot drive because I am blind and they said they couldn't help me. That is discrimination. They also just agreed that their store is bad. They got two other orders wrong while I was on the phone and I cold hear about them. They also told me I would have to call five different numbers in order to get this problem fixed but would not give me the numbers just the people I needed to track down even though the numbers were in front of them. when we asked what the rude employee who was talking with us what his name was he said I can't remember. We decided to give the delivery girl an eight dollar tip because it was Christmas Eve. The guy made a rude comment about why would we tip eight bucks and when the delivery girl got there he made her talk on the phone with me about what was said at my door. she lied of course to the guy who was there about what she told me at the door and was very rude. Because my Mother and I used the last of our money that night for a pizza and wound up not being able to eat on Christmas eve. How sad. Due to the fact that this is the only Pizza Hut that delivers to my house it means I will not be eating there again. I will nto tolerate any discrimination of any type. I also do not trust that if my order is wrong that they will fix ti or return my money to me if it is wrong. I just don't trust this place any longer. They have lost my business for good. This pace caused me to have high blood pressure for two days and my mom nearly had a attacr trying to talk to the man on the phone because he kept talking over her and ignoring her. Nothing was doen to resolve this matter and they do not care about their customers or costumer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIZZA HIT!
