Love this location. The manager is awesome. Every time I walk in she remembers my name and says "Hi". I am bad with names but I love seeing her every time I walk in. She is the best. Order always right .
First time ordering from this location, new to the area! Ordered online and it quoted 1143 am and it should be delivered. Time goes by and still haven’t received my order, I call and was told DoorDash does the delivering! I just changed it over to carry out and went and picked it up! Manager was super nice and gave me a credit for the troubles and apologized! I can see why she has an award for going above and beyond because I feel she does! There are a lot of Pizza Hut locations around Greenwood, but the one on Smith Valley has the best customer service of any of them, hands down. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly, professional and attentive. They have never messed up my order like the other locations have.
