Waited at drive-in curb service for 10 minutes no reply after pressing red button. Went through drive-thru instead and they got my order wrong after asking me what my order was! Won’t be back, not the 1st time bad experience at this location. Unfortunate.

It took 1 hour to get 3 slushies. If I had not walked to the door then it probably would have been never. Terrible customer service…. No apology…. No refund…. The workers seemed upset that we were upset which was even more odd. Literally the worst experience at a sonic that I have ever had. Maybe they just should have closed that day… either way there was Zero management and Zero service that day so I’m confuse as to why they were open.If I could give 0 stars for atmosphere and service then I would have.

Absolutely the WORST sonic in three states. If I was the franchise owner or corporate I wouls shut this down. 1 HOUR in line and they couldn't get the order right Like AT ALL not one out of 7 items was correct, had to wait because the d.b. inside wouldn't come to the door so I had to wait ANOTHER HOUR almost to get the right order or a refund!We literally could have driven to almost Chicago in the amount of time it took at this terribly staffed location. Management fired - staff FIRED all of them should be fired. Useless staff

Did an online mobile order and we got there and they got it out to us pretty fast. However, we got home with our food and my chicken tenders were absolutely disgusting! I was only able to eat 2 out of the 5. They were super hard and cold almost as if they have been sitting out for a very long time. My boyfriend said his food was cold and his fries were super soggy and my Mozerella sticks were cold as well. So much for a pregnancy craving because I definitely will not be craving this food for a very long time with the way it was today. All I have to say is this food better not give any of us food poisoning. That’s how nasty it was. Please do better.

I do door dash and have had 4 total orders from this sonic. Only 1 time was I able to deliver the food, bc the other 3 visits I waited at the stall for 30+ Each time minutes until the orders were eventually cancelled by customer while waiting. I’ve now wasted a total of 90 minutes and lost out on other opportunities to make money, as well as had my rating decline due to the complete lack of service all together. I love sonic food but I now have to decline all door dash orders from this location. Y’all need to up your game or if you don’t want to provide for door dash just cancel contract.
