I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this is the best Starbucks in Greenwood!! They make everything perfect and anytime I make the mistake of going to another store it’s gross. Thank you Brittney for making this the best store!!

I have been going to this location for years and really Loved it. However, over the past 6 months or so I've noticed a drastic decline in the service. Particularly in the orders. The last five or six visits The baristas have routinely gotten my order wrong. I am severely lactose intolerant and have requested almond milk and have received regular milk. During the holiday season I ordered a chestnut praline latte and received a gingerbread latte.This morning, I ordered a grande caramel macchiato and requested three pumps of the syrup instead of its usual for. I was told by the barista that they only put three pumps in a grande, which I know is inaccurate.When I got to the window and older lady handed me my hot caramel macchiato without a sleeve. I requested a sleeve because the drink was very hot. She replied that they don't normally give sleeves anymore? This same barista in a previous visit told me that they do not do the green anti-spill plugs anymore either.This is the only location that I have had to request basic service and sleeves for hot drinks, which are now apparently not normally done at Starbucks?I have been trying to give the benefit of the doubt to this location but I'm sick of spending my money on a specific drink that I do not end up getting.I believe these baristas need a refresher or possibly a mini training to make sure they are all on the same page. This is the only location in the greenwood/South Indianapolis area that I have seen numerous inconsistencies specifically over the past 6 months. I know they can do better

I get my favorite drink here ..so I love it ..however this last time my Carmel grande tasted spoiled so it'll be awhile before I'll want another one ..I've been going for years so one bad drink isn't bad just this time it was yuck ?..so it will take me a min to get back

The staff at this shop will make your order EXACTLY as you say it. No questions asked. If you leave out one word of your menu item, they will exclude that ingredient. I didn't say "cream" in the vanilla cream nitro cold brew, so they just left it out. Actually, I left out the "sweet" in that last sentence, so I should probably spell it out. haha! Now, I get that I said exactly those words, so they were technically "right" to leave it out. But it's a common menu item - usually made with cream. That should raise a red flag. They should ask themselves "does the customer want the cream left out?" Then they should ask the customer. It's an attitude of helpfulness. That sets them apart from others. It creates a very rigid/legalistic atmosphere, and that's no fun (1-star). They listen to instructions well but lack that level of relating to the customer and asking what the customer wants (3-star). The drink was good for what it was, so I can't fault them there (4-star).

I don't know why I keep coming back to this location, probably because it's closer to my house and less busy than others. This is the second time this has happened. Purchased a cookie crumble Frappuccino, and because they aren't willing to wipe the mess off the outside of my cup, the liquid drips everywhere! It got all over my white shirt! Absolutely furious!!! I'm hoping I got it home in time to soak in Spray and Wash. Probably give Biggby a try now!

Apparently this is light ice ?. Kind of annoying to pay for a drink but pretty much just get ice. The drink itself was blended well and tasted good, but the “drink” was about 4 sips and it was all gone. Disappointed
