Would rate 0 if possible.Used to love steak and shake. I always got a steak burger with a side of cottage cheese and chili.Well a few years ago you stopped having cottage cheese , and I stopped going.Tried to eat here again today and find that you no longer have A-1 steak sauce and worst of all, you expect me to learn your kiosk system and serve myself.No thanks. We just went down the road and found someplace who was happy to take our order and serve me and my family.Won’t be back unless you return to actually serving your customers like they matter.

I havent been to a SteaknShake since they reopened, but i was pleasantly surprised. The new ordering system is efficient, and the food was fresh and well worth the short wait. The staff at the Greenwood location were very pleasant as well. I will be coming back! ?

Since COVID it's REALLY gone down hill. No wait staff, everything is self serve, they took the best things they had off the menu and now you have to scan your receipt to fill a drink. Don't bother going. They'll be out of business soon.

I've underestimated this location....I normally visit the location on Stop 11 and 31. I was running late on my lunch hour, so I stopped at 135. I ordered a cup of chili and a double with cheese, mayo, and pickle.The chili was piping hot and full of meat, which is quite a shock because the Stop 11 location is usually all beans. The hamburger came in a box and wrapped in paper, too. It had crispy edges, the perfect amount of mayo - not globby, and the pickles had an actual crunch to them.The gentleman at the drive thru was super nice and had a great attitude.As long as they keep this up, I will be a long-time customer at this location!Parking: Lots of open parking spots availableKid-friendliness: They have a great selection on the kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking
