This subway is normally awesome but I had a horrible experience today around 6pm with one of the employees. I didn't use the right terminology when trying to order and the gentleman got upset and rude and argued with me. Then ended with " I was just trying to save you some money but next time I wont!".....the younger gentleman who first took my order was nice and the cashier was too, she apologized. I'm in shock tbh it was crazy, I've never had to argue my way out of a restaurant ?

KEVIN made my sandwich from drive thru order... with everything on it... I NEVER said I wanted everything I, in fact, told exactly what to put on it. I drive downtown Indianapolis to work and at lunch I get my sub and it is completely wrong, obviously. I called KEVIN and he said to bring sandwich back to make it. I told him my location and that would not be a possibility. He stated, "Ok, I will just take your name and you can come back through and I will remake. I'M SORRY I WROTE DOWN EVERYTHING." I go back in this morning to get replaced, 2 days later, and KEVIN was working drive-thru. Great I thought. Not so much. KEVIN advised he would NOT remake sandwich because I didn't have the incorrect sandwich with me (this is 3 days later). I have worked in business for 35 years and when you make a mistake you accept responsibility for that mistake. He admitted HE MADE AN ERROR, but yet I paid 17.00 for it and KEVIN refused to correct it. Claiming because I didn't bring back a 3 day old sub, that was wrapped in paper in a paper sack and sub was covered in vinegar and oil.. imagine how that would have held up for 3 days. WORST. SUBWAY. EXPERIENCE. EVER. Will NEVER go back!!!

Haven't had Subway in a while and glad I stopped at this one. Amanda took my order in drive thru and seemed very nice. I watched the other lady make sandwiches, in which she changed gloves after each sandwich being made. My sub was fresh and the perfect amount of veggies. The cookie was a great bonus!

This is now my family’s preferred Subway. We live closer to the Stones Crossing Subway but chose to drive to this one due to the better qualityin food, service, and staff. Big difference!

Never toasts my sandwich no matter how many times I ask. Not sure why they don't but it's very frustrating.

been there 2 times both asked for mayo on the bread instead of down the middle. zero customer service. Would not recommend unless you like and extremely dry sandwich
