The woman taking our order was unprofessional in the manner she spoke to us and in the way she bantered loudly with her coworker. Our twists are missing from the order and the only customization we made to anything on the order was ignored, as the taco had the wrong protein. Significant downturn since last we were here.

My order has a special request that cannot be entered into the kiosk so I normally order at the counter. For what ever reason these incompetent workers believe they dont need to take peoples orders and have me stand there waiting for 10 minutes until I can place my order and when someone does finally come help they act like I’m wrong for not using a kiosk. Then they butcher the order and replace it with tacos i watched them literally throw together in 5 seconds with stale and broken taco shells. Every one of the morons working there need to be fired.

absolutely no reason for this level of rudeness. i get having a bad day but get it together or go home, don't yell at me for just placing a pickup order. also guy behind the counter literally stared into my soul the entire time i was in the restaraunt, made me super uncomfortable. will be going to a different location from now on.

Ordered breakfast on the app and was informed upon arrival that they stopped serving breakfast 20 minutes early. Couldn't get a refund because they don't handle the app portion and the number they gave to call was out of service.
