Group of 4 people. Food was tasty. Service not so good. Must have not had enough staff. Half the restaurant empty when we arrived at 830 pm. Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Waiter was more interested in socializing than serving patrons. Also waiter was not customer friendly, reaching across table serving drinks, food, bill etc. instead of walking around. Took him 21 minutes to bring my Dr. Pepper. Never came back to check on us. Kinney needs a new job! Food was great, customer service crappy. Wanted to order some donuts but didn't want to spend the night there.

It was Sunday lunch time, we knew we would have to wait, but we were the only ones left in the lobby and at least 4 groups of people had left the restaurant. The host was surprised that we were still there, did he expect us to walk out after being ignored? Would have been a good idea, there is a McDonald's just down the street. We sat down and proceeded to wait, the group that had been seated just in front of us, got their appetizers before our order was taken, then they got their entrees. Finally he took our orders, and we continued to wait. Nothing special, its a BBQ place, if it isn't already cooked when I cam in the door, they had better not expect me to wait for them to roast a whole hog. I ordered the Texas smokehouse mac-n-cheese. I know, I did it to myself, too many places pour canned cheese sauce over curly noodles and claim that it is something special. Believe me it was not, on the cold side, thin and runny it barely stayed on the noodles. There was smattering of pulled pork and sausage on the plate, but it was truly uninspiring.

The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent. I got the Nacho appetizer and my husband got the ribs platter. Lots of food and it was very good. Our waitress, Kim, was over the top. She was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back

AVOID! Terrible. Fries aren't even fully cooked. None of the sauces were on any of the sandwiches, even though they were listed ingredients. Ordered the spicy chicken, but if that's what I got then mcdonalds standard nuggets are way spicier. This is the biggest joke of a burger place I've ever got food from.

Awful. Burgers hard and dried out with just a Smokey flavor nothing else. Fries super soggy.

We had an excellent lunch today at Smokey Bones! Fantastic burger with a baked potato and salad! My wife had the baked bbq chicken with two sides, and she thought it was delicious! We will be back soon!!

horrible. got a door dash order from here. no sauce on either burger. my friend’s garlic parm fries were so soggy the bag was soaked and they were completely inedible. I never post public reviews but they will not answer the phone so she can get a refund or replacement meal. paid $20+ for wet fries and dry burgers

We had a good dinner. Our service was very good. The food was good. It did not blow me away but was not bad at all. We are going to go back to try it again. We did like the easy atmosphere.

We loved the flavor of everything. The cornbread was excellent as well as the baked beans. The best of any BBQ place. The only down side was the ribs being a little dry and hard. We will definitely go back.

My wife and I couldn't decide where we wanted to eat as there are so many choices along South 31. We decided upon Smokey Bones for a change of pace. When we checked in we had about a 5 minute wait. There was a party of 3 behind us followed by another couple. We were all sitted together in the same general area, however we had different waitress. My wife and I shared a cup of the Brunswick soup, which turned out to be the highlight of our dinner. We waited, then waited some more, our waitress apologize saying our order was placed behind a large party. In the meantime, they other 2 parties had their food already. By the time I flagged down our waitress, about 50 minutes had pass since we ordered. By now everyone in our section had finished and paid. I requested for food to go, again still had to wait. Finally our food came and I paid the bill. No manager ever came over to us, but did discount the bill. Needless to say, we will not go back and would encourage you to weigh your dining options.
