Absolutely awesome crew!! Stopped by after my son had his wisdom removed. He was starving and insisted on eating asap. They helped us figure out what would be easiest to eat and then took the time to break the biscuit up as small as possible and picked around most of the sausage pieces so he just got gravy!! They were absolutely great!! The food was all fresh and the dining room was very clean!! Very pleasant stop!!!

Store was busy and understaffed but the entire team was working hard to serve their guests. Despite several rude and unreasonable customers, the employees remained calm and courteous providing good service. Our order was prepared correctly and was hot and tasty.

The GM of this place the man who talks funny is COMPLETELY out of hand. So unprofessional. Was ordering food when he interrupted me and said “mam r u done there’s only 2 of us here”. That’s the most disrespect I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Would like to report this to the DM.

The worst service and the food was cold. I didn't get anything correct on the water. And I hate to eat a cheeseburger when the cheese is still not melted. The food simply sucand the drive through server was so impatient to get an order that I couldn't take time to look at the menu. Even I'll never go back to that Wendy's on 135.

My husband and I came here for lunch expecting our normal good drive thru service. Today we received cold and incorrect food. My husband ordered a bacon stack and got a completely different sandwich. I ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget. I got 7 nuggets - 3 of which were regular. When my husband went in to get the correct items - the worker argued with him about his sandwich and aggressively shoved 2 sauces at him for our nuggets. We left with the correct sandwich but it was still made wrong from what he ordered ( sandwich with no pickles). I still left with 7 nuggets that were wrong. Due to the worker's behavior and response we left because we no longer wanted to deal with it. Needless to say, we're highly disappointed in our experience and food.

Every time I come to this restaurant my food is wrong. For the 3rd time in a row, the woman taking my order at the drive through cut me off and messed up my order because of it. Then wanted to change me extra to fix my order. If this is a franchise, the owners need to take a look at the staff.Edit: just opened my large chili to find that it's only half full.

We took a break from Christmas shopping and dined in. I got a baked potato and plain cheeseburger. My husband got a chili.... and some other stuff. My cheeseburger was so hot, I had to wait to eat it. The potato was surprisingly soft! I got cheese and bacon topped on it. It was a little dry and should have asked for butter. It was still good.I never had their chili and had a bite of my husband's. I have underestimated it! It was soooo good! Great flavor, huge chunks of meat, and smelled terrific!
I barely post reviews, but it’s consistently happening so I just had to. Just look at the pictures, this Wendy is on my way home and I stop here just to get a chilli and every single time it’s almost half. Like charge extra if you want but at-least don’t serve less portions. First few times I thought they might have messed up, but I posted this after sixth or seventh time this happened.

I wouldn’t come back here if I had to. I barely got to order because the drive thru employee taking orders wouldn’t let me finish a sentence before asking me what else i would like. The order I got was wrong. The bun is stale almost like a soft plastic and the fries are cold. Keep up the good
