Seems to me that about every other time I go they are closed BEFORE the posted closing time with no explanation why!! How can a business manage to remain open when they "turn away" business this way‽ Seems to me that customers would find somewhere else to go that they know would be open to serve them and forget going to WhichWich!! I know that thought is going through my head because I have to drive quite a while to get there only to be disappointed!! What do you all think‽‽

It was my first time trying this place . I waited 10 minutes and was never greeted. One lady ahead of me. She was getting 3 sandwiches. I didn't have an hour to get a sandwich made. I just left :(

Unfortunately I have agree with the other previously posted reviews. Loved this place when the former employees where there. They new how to make not a good Sandwich but a great Sandwich. Now won't be back.

One employee as the others called in and he was great took 6 orders really quick and friendly. Then he made them to quality and with speed and super friendly.

Very dirty, raw fries, raw foods/meat. The fountain machine is a mess. Needs new management. There was only 1 person working. We got sick immediately after leaving the place. Go to Subway instead.

This used to be my very favorite sandwich shop but the company got rid of all their chipotle mayo/spicy ranch condiments and don't offer spinach anymore for some reason. Very disappointing when there's so few fast relatively healthy options around here.

Guy working the counter was beyond rude. Had headphones in and wouldn't acknowledge that they were out of the bags for the kids sandwiches to write down kids orders. After watching him be extremely rude to the Doordash worker that was just trying to pick up an order he then tells us that he won't make fries right now. We left and won't be back, disappointing because it's one of the husband's favorites.

So upset with the company. I loved it for months on end until they took off a bunch of vegetarian options. It made me so upset to see. The employees were so sweet!!
Never got to eat. After ordering 3 meals and waiting 20mins was told they didn't have various ingredients to complete a single sandwich. Changed our orders. Waited another 15mins only to be told they were out of another ingredient. I understand being out of products bc of shipping or running out but not making us wait that long. Finally just walked out and went to applebees ?♀️

This was the first time I tried Which Wich. and never again. I order the Rueben and fries. I get more meat at Subway for half the price. What a rip off. And the fries? They must have come out of a 25 pound bag of frozen fries. There is nothing about this place that would make ya want to come back.. and it's not about staffing.... it's about crappy product.

Ordered lunch for coworkers. None of our sandwiches had cheese, sauce, or seasoning. We all got just bread and meat. No one will pick up the phone at the store so I can’t even get it fixed. Will have to drive over after work and talk to them in person. Not wanting special treatment just wanting to get something CLOSE to what we ordered and paid over $30 for. Would love some way to get ahold of someone.

Walked in and looked at menu hanging up. Out of several items on the menu. Out of the mt dew they were advertising. In the place for 5 min and never saw an employee. After waiting at the register for someone to help us finally gave up and left. This was at 8/10 around 530pm
