Visited Yokohama with my husband for the first time, the restaurant is beautiful it got a homey feels however once food was served I’d say it wasn’t great food was bland, utensils were dirty and service was okay but not great!

My wife and I visited tonight for the first time. Dinner was delicious but even better was the conversation with Debbie the owner and sushi chef. We truly felt like we were with someone we knew for years.

Everything we had was absolutely delicious. All of the sushi we had tasted so fresh. It was amazing! Someone else in our party got one of the hibachi dinners and wow, it was mouthwatering. I would absolutely recommend this place for dinner. The staff is wonderful as well. I do believe it is family owned and run which is great. I'll definitely be back soon!

I've lived in Greenwood almost my whole life, have passed this place so many times, and have always wanted to try it. So finally the stars aligned and today was the day. Outside the place looks quaint with not a lot of parking so to me looks exclusive. When you walk in it's a little small but great decor. I asked to sit at the bar area but was told since they had deliveries they would have to move around me and was denied and sat at a table directly impeding the flow into the bar...whatever. (Side not I didn't see a delivery in the time I was in there) When I looked into the menu I was a little shocked that almost all speciality rolls were $19 and up and only a select few items were under $10. Now that's not too shocking considering it's sushi but it's still a bit pricey. I was still intrigued so I ordered the spider roll it was around $13. I must have over looked the part where lettuce was involved in the roll because....why? The roll I was served was 8 HUGE pieces (bigger isn't always better I assure you). When I tried to eat the first roll I almost choked I couldn't seem to bite it in half. After that initial shock I noticed the tempura was burnt and had a rather nasty taste which was accompanied by the lettuce which is a very off-putting taste. I thought maybe I had just eaten a one off bad roll so I tried the next one and just as bad as the first. I kindly asked for my tab and was asked if it was to my liking which I politely said no and refused a box. Now this is just my opinion and maybe there are better rolls but if the others are anything like that one how disappointing. I won't be returning. I posted two pictures but the size doesn't translate I'm serious they were huge.

Good local pizza place. Good draft beers and great lunch specials. Love their gluten free pizza crust.

I was expecting a hibachi but I didn't mind the cozy, intimate setting. The appetizers were good but disappointed in the hibachi chicken & shrimp meal, I prefer it being prepared on the hibachi and having yum yum sauce.

Relaxing , quaint little restaurant to have good fresh sushi. I had the house salad, salmon sashimi and the volcano roll. All items were fresh and tasty. The staff and service were friendly and accommodating. If you're in the mood for good sushi, or even a nice relaxing peaceful dinner date, I would recommend. I would return when I'm in the Greenwood area.

Best sushi in Greenwood and the atmosphere is so cozy and pleasant! It's a bit pricy, but the quality can't be beat!

The food is very fresh and customer service is on point. They'll customize most orders the way you like them which is really nice. Sushi rolls are huge and have a really nice fresh flavor. Definitely recommend!

Was really excited to try this place when I visited for my birthday a few weeks ago. To start with the positives, the food was very tasty, the sushi was fantastic. Definitely worth the hype from what I had previously read on Yelp. We had the Sweetheart roll, Rock and Roll, Philadelphia, another roll I can't remember, and Gyoza. However, the service was not so fantastic. We were bounced between 2 different servers who did not seem to know what was going on. I could see the owner of the place wasn't pleased with one of his servers, and he was having what seemed like a heated conversation with her in the dining room surrounded by customers. Our food got mixed up, with my husband's food coming out way before mine, and our appetizer coming at the very end of our meal. I would hope that none of the employees would try and deceive their customers, but we received a sushi roll we did not order. When we asked our server about it, she proceeded to show us the sushi roll order sheet with that particular roll checked off in permanent marker, and stated we did order that roll. However, when we selected our rolls, we marked the sheet in pencil, and those rolls were still marked with pencil as she was showing us the sheet. It just seemed very shady to me. We ate our food quickly and didn't stick around. Next time we will probably just order takeout, as the food itself was worth ordering again.
