I have called and called to ask for my pizza to be well done no one picked up, so the. I went in and requested several times to have my.pizza well done and the gentleman at the counter confirmed, and the. When I get home.my pizza was not well done. I called them and let them know and the gentleman told me I was wrong and he can't make my pizza well done. I go to this location all the time and it's not fair.

I've been here 10+ times and never really had any major issues. It's fast food pizza, but I've been happy with the service and the consistency. I think people expect a lot out of service workers just trying to make a living wage. This Domino's is great.

Terrible service all around! I tried to place a very large order online for 30 pizzas with an additional 30 pizzas for free with a promotional Slice the Price card on a Friday for a Monday delivery. The website wouldn't allow me to place the order for the time we wanted to have it delivered on Monday. I called the store and spoke with an employee who had no idea of the promotion I was trying to use with the order and told me he couldn't take the order over the phone. I was going to go in after work to place the order, but thought it was odd that I would have to make a special trip just to place an order for pizza. I called back and spoke with the manager Noah. He also had no idea of the promotion I was using with the order. I explained to him how it worked, he took the order and said we were all set for Monday. When Monday rolled around, something told me to call ahead and verify the time of the delivery. I spoke with a woman who said they have the 30 pizzas ready. I told her it should be a total of 60 pizzas because of the promotion card I was using. She said she had no idea about the promotion and put Noah on the phone. I had to explain to him again how the promotion worked. He wasted 45 minutes of my time on the phone putting me on hold so he could get in touch with his District Manager to find out how the promotion worked. Finally, he came back on the line and told me I was correct, and it is buy 30 pizzas and get 30 free. He said the 30 pizzas were ready and they would deliver them now. I asked him how long have they been sitting there, he said about 20 minutes. . I told him the 30 pizzas are probably cold since they had been sitting there for 20 minutes. He said they would be hot because they were sitting under heat lamps and they would go ahead and make the other 30 and have them delivered in about 30- 45 minutes. What a joke! They delivered the first 30 pizzas ice cold, not even slightly warm. The cheese was all hard and cold. The second batch that was supposed to come in 30-45 minutes arrived an hour and a half later. My company spent $737.99 for these awful and embarrassing pizza's and we didn't even get them warm. Completely unacceptable! We're not talking a $30 or $40 order here. I called Corporate to make them aware of our experience since we spent a pretty chunk of change with Domino's. The man took my complaint and gave me a case number. He told me this store is a franchise and someone from the franchise will be getting back to me. It's been over two weeks and not one person has called back to address this awful experience. The manager Noah should be fully aware of all the promotions Domino's is offering. If he was, they would've had the the correct amount of pizza's made in the first place and possibly had them delivered hot instead of letting them sit there while he had me on the phone for 45 minutes chasing down someone who can verify how the promotion works. Never again will we order from there, nor will anyone be ordering from there outside of work. They really dropped the ball on this one and didn't even have the decency to call back and try to make it right. Garbage place and garbage pizza's, save your money and order elsewhere!

I called an ordered pizza for delivery. Today November 11, 2023. I ordered the pizza at 4:17. I have not received my order. The delivery guy called in route for delivery. He still haven't got here. We called the store the people was very, very rude. I asked for the supervisor, they put the phone down and never came to the phone. Me and my family have order pizza many times and for at least 5- 10 years. Never again and I will tell all my friends and family.Bad business, bad attitudes.?

I’ve never had a problem until tonight, I placed an order at 11:30 for pick up. We were already out so we sat in the parking lot until the time it said on the Website and pulled up to the pick up window to find out they weren’t paying attention to incoming orders and didn’t make my order. Now currently waiting an extra 15 mins for my food that should’ve already been done. Big bummer :(

when i walked into this dominos, i could of sworn the guy who greeted me said "Hi we're closed" but i couldnt hear him too well, and asked him to repeat himself while i was still walking up to the counter. he just looked at me and ignored me, like...what? he had a manager shirt on too. very rude. i went on to order and get my food, i ordered a regular pepperoni pizza. i ate it thoughout the day (yesterday) and i woke up today (the 31st) feeling horrible, pains in my stomach. had to use the bathroom really bad. what i was yet to realize was that i needed to PUKE aswell. so yeah, ended up puking while using the bathroom WHILE IN PAIN, one of the worst experiences ive ever had from restarants.i will not be back. (side note, i spent around 18 dollars, and saved 40$ for 3, yes THREE medium pizzas. so they're very over priced, only saved money because 4$ pizza day) overall i would not recommend this dominos. otherlocations might be okay but this location and its food REALLY messed me up.Parking: faf

My wife and I entered the lobby and noticed there were no menus and the big menu wasn't working and the only menus they did have were in another language. We had to sit in the car and order online, plus the initial service was also terrible.
