This bar had a live band. My best friend and I went in. We asked the band if they were playing originals. The member replied "Hell no. No one wants to hear the stuff I wrote while in the bathroom." I thought that was worth a chuckle. The bar tender was amazing. Outside there is a beer garden and smoking area. I met a patron named "Hippie". We had a little "smoke shesh". John's place has an outdoor patio, pool table, card tables, juke box, live music, 6 or 7 tv sets and Miller Genuine Draft. This bar gets a good crowd of nice people. I highly reccommend Johns Place to anyone who loves to play pool, play card games and drink beer with friends and family.

There is a mostly age group of 50 and 60s sometimes there good music but u can download the app to play whatever u want very attentive service all female bartenders sometime there is a band playing and they have big tvs to watch sports pretty laid back place cigarette smoking is allowed they have a patio but Noone very sits out there . It's cool to meet the locals around here . I'd say bring. Group of your friends to have a good night the only food is cheetos ND chips
