Ordered through DoorDash and received the wrong order. Paid $18 for the 2 can dine combo and received a normal box of chicken. Also didn’t receive the Dr. pepper that was supposed to be included in the other combo box I ordered. The dasher was told by the restaurant that I only ordered the lemonade I received and not the Dr. pepper even though it was included in the combo box I ordered. This place deserves less than zero stars. Had a horrible experience a couple days ago. I’ve been trying to call corporate. No one answers. They only respond by text and it’s an automated text. Tried to call the store yesterday. No one answered. Just spoke to someone he claims he’s the manager. I don’t even believe that sounds like the idiot I had the encounter with the other day. This is the worst Popeyes in the area the service is unprofessional, the cashiers have their ear pods in their ear having personal conversations while serving you nasty attitude and wouldn’t adjust my order as I have always done when I order thru Mobile order cause there is no option for white meat.
