This waitress was so horrifyingly rude. When asked simple questions like if sweet tea was available or if they had something with the food she kept being short with us and just saying this is a bowling alley. We were polite and friendly. She very clearly was having a bad day and that's not appropriate to treat paying customers. She never smiled and the rest of our time waiting for food (that took way too long and cost way too much) sure was rude the whole time and it was uncalled for. Shame on her.

Overall it was just ok. Pricing is fair and food was good but I went today and it took quite awhile to get my food order placed and to receive my food. The place wasn’t busy and the assigned waitress wasn’t friendly at all.

Bar service is fantasic, never have to wait more than a minute or two for my next drink. Even when the place has a full bar i feel like the service is great, the bartenders have to make drinks for the entire place and tend to the customers at the bar. 5 stars

This place has CHANGED. I used to come all the time and I knew the owners personally but man, went there today to bowl, SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. “Becky” was our csr as well as our server - (facepalm) she was unfriendly at best - nowhere to be found the majority of the time. Never asked us if we needed anything. When hunted down, seemed “put out” that she had to do anything - even though she’s getting paid lol. It was just such a horrible experience. It was my 5 yr olds first time bowling and even she was like, “Where’s our food?” “Where’s the lady?” Even the phone didn’t get answered, when there was literally -NOT A SOUL- in the place but us and the guy who fixes the bowling lanes when a ball gets stuck.Becky -may- be a good worker- fine, keep her butt in the back then because she is CLEARLY NOT MEANT to be someone who interacts with customers - AT ALL.

I cannot speak to the bowling experience, but if you are going to just eat & enjoy time with your friends/family I would not recommend. During a recent visit they were extremely understaffed & I had to wait over an over an hour for food that wasn't the best. They also allow smoking inside of their "indoor patio" which is extremely off-putting for me.

Went on a Wednesday night date night with the husband. It was terrific! First time there. Everyone was friendly and nice. Place was clean. We got there at almost 10 and they let us bowl. Then we went to play pool and again it was clean and a nice environment! Wil definitely be coming back!
My family and I go here a lot. Bartender/server super nice, good food, good prices, and the lanes were nice.

My family and I went to Set 'Em Up in Griffith, IN. yesterday for the first time. While entering through the nice patio deck, which would allow anyone to sit and enjoy the patio in the winter months we walked into the bowling alley. My family and I had such a great night. The General Manager Carl (GM) and his family run the operations. The family atmosphere was very apparent. They all were so eager to make you feel at home, part of the family. If that wasn't enough we ordered a lot of food. We ordered wings, sample platter with corn dogs, mozzarella sticks, pretzel bites, macaroni and cheese, turkey club sandwich with tatortots and a chicken Cajun pasta (warning spicy) the way I like it. All their food was fantastic and we would be a returning customer. Set 'Em Up is a hidden gem. Thanks again for a wonderful experience and night.
