Cute place but run by penny pinching management. They charge separate fees for liquor AND mixers (such as the club soda that went into my cocktail). PLUS they automatically add gratuity to the bill, so be careful when closing out your tab. That’s pretty unreasonable especially considering how slow the service is.

This was my first time there, I wasn't happy with the young girl serving behind the bar at first. I stood there 10 minutes before being acknowledged and told to hold on. She still left me waiting, and I didn't get served . The owner, Laura, was really nice. She came over and introduced herself. They have a menu if you want to grab a bite. I definitely recommend their wings and Puerto Rican rice.

The DJ was good-played some good mix of old and new. The female bartender looked annoyed to serve me. My drink, like a previous review I read, ALSO TASTED BAD. It tasted like chemicals!? I didn’t drink it and was afraid to order anything else after that. I was sad to leave because the music was good. It is a small place but has plenty of room to dance. I heard they added a cowboy with a hat bartender…maybe he should be at the main bar?

Do not go here! Horrible establishment! Fights all the time! Two times I was minding my business and got injured in this establishment. 1st time was two ladies fighting and I managed to get hit over the head with a piece a wood and was bleeding on my head . No comp no nothing. I have benefit of doubt and returned occasionally. I came in another night and a complete stranger urges me to walk outside or else... so I was in a fight or flight situation and defended myself. I get banned . Clowns . Ain't no one trying to hear that 00's music anyway.

Worst experience ever the bartender was hitting on my boyfriend in front of me and was being rude to me right after, we only stayed an hr because she kept being rude to me and my boyfriend was getting upset too and when we asked for her name she told me it was none of my business, when we got outside we told security and she apologized for her but said she couldn’t do anything about it and that it happens often and the managers won’t do anything about it anyways and will take her side honestly the most unprofessional place to go I don’t recommend at all

The first drink I was served was a shot of WATER. After trying to tell the bartender it wasn’t the don julio I ordered, she swore it was. Until the second bartender came & apologized because it was her shot of water. I still had to watch them make everyone else’s drink before they fixed mine. I had to tell them several times that I still did not have my correct drinks! Overall it was very unprofessional. Stood at the bar for a long time while the bartender continued to serve everyone who came to the bar AFTER me. Coming from someone who works with the public & also lives off tips, I will never come back to this establishment. The service ruined the whole experience & I will definitely be going else where for a night out.

Pre-Covid this was a fun place to go to. Ever since the pandemic, every time I come here on a weekend to hangout and have some drinks with my friends. There's always a problem it seems like. For instance, you have to wait outside when the bar is at "max capacity" which is understandable. However, after waiting 40 minutes with my friend, and finally going in the bar that wasn't even that packed. Then there was a $5 cover charge that wasn't even worth it. Because we waited for 20 minutes to get a drink, and the DJ wasn't even that good. The bar was nicely decorated, that's about it. However, the service was terrible, and was not worth a 40-minute wait, with a cover charge on top for entry. If I knew there would have been a cover charge, I'd rather go to a club in downtown Chicago to have a good time.
