Hands down the worst Culver's I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Every time I go in is a 50/50 chance of actually getting my correct order. The employees are the saddest bunch of mouth-breathers that refuse to acknowledge the fact that they have a job to perform. Culver's should pull the plug on this franchise because it makes them look like trash.

I love the cod fish at Culver’s. It’s two steps above any other fast food restaurant. Today my fries were hot and fresh and you can never go wrong with their sweet tea. It’s delicious. But one big complaint. The country music on some random radio station is inappropriate for Hammond Indiana. Seriously Culver’s walk outside and look around? Does Hammond look like Tennessee to you?

They can't get an order correct. I ordered 2 scoops of FOTD Carmel Turtle. I got a scoop of vanilla with a stripe of chocolate hardshell and a ton of pecans thrown on top. What the actual hell. Complete and total incompetence. I was hoping they would be better than the one on Ridge Rd. but sadly it's owned by the same people. It just shows it's the owners poor management, at least they're consistent with their incompetence.
