Went for a late night snack Saturday night the family wanted blizzards….. we pull up and the first the they say is they don’t have ICE CREAM!!!! and she wasn’t nice about it either…. Very rude. But idk if I was more shocked at how rude she was or the fact that DAIRY QUEEN didn’t have ICE CREAM…..

Unbelievable, I was just there at 9:10. The hours say till 9pm and drive thru is open to 10pm. The girl at drive thru says "just to let you know there is No Ice Cream". I'm like what? No ice cream, how is this a DQ with no ice cream? She says "because I'm the only one here and so there is no ice cream thats why". What the heck kind of answer is that! I tried to get some ice cream last week but it was around 930pm, (thought maybe too close to closing time??) and I got that same type if answer and no service. No Ice Cream at DQ?? So why have the dang drive thru open if no one is going to bother to actually work, or there just isn't any ice cream to sell?? Unbelievable, and sad.

I went this evening for a blizzard, as I was going in a worker was by the door and as I was already in, and the worker didn’t say anything about me going in…. He locks the door behind me and the counter ladies tell me that they were closed inside. I was confused because the worker by the door let me in, and he had proceeded to lock the door after I was in. Mind you dining hours don’t close at 8, they close at 9. I had gone at 8 and as you can see in the photo which I took was at around 8. Why would you let me go inside and then lock the door behind me and telling me I it was closed when I was already inside when you had the doors locked.

The food is good, I don't remember going here to drive-thru as a kid, but I likely did. I still got the Wild Buffalo Sauce and it is ? , but that is okay. It's time to ?? down. One thing to do and this is everywhere, get rid of them spiderwebs and spiders, no one want to order and get their food over spiders and spiderwebs, hire janitors and get them to clean the outside of these restaurants, please.
Went to the drive through and the employees were friendly and the order was correct and delish!

The food and the service was excellent. The server/ cashier was pleasant. I thanked the staff for our meal ,for this was an celebratory meal for my daughter who" rang the bell" as she finished her cancer treatments. I would give them "ten" star rating . When I'm in Hammond,Indiana in that area I will stop by again . 3rd time I’ve gone to this location for a late night Blizzard but the drive through tells me either the ice cream machine isn’t working or they currently aren’t serving ice cream. It seems to me like the employees are making this decision themselves because they want to make their jobs easier. It’s fine, I’ll take my business to other ice cream stores like Andy’s.
